New email from Wu:

Hey, this isn't really a political email. But, I'm watching Zuckerberg testify on the Cambridge Analytica scandal, and I had to send all of you some thoughts.

It is profoundly embarrassing to me how little congress understands about this. It's clear from the questions, they don't understand digital advertising. They don't understand how this data theft threatens our democracy. They don't understand their role in creating this mess.

There are never, ever going to fix this because they don't understand enough to wonder about what they don't understand.

I wish I had some grander point here, except I am going to work twice as hard to win my election after this. If we don't regulate what Facebook is doing, our democracy can't function.

There's no marketing person sending you this email - it's me. If you have questions or comments - feel free to write back. I'll do my best to answer.

In the meantime, I hope you won't mind me reminding you, I cannot win this race without your help. We're going to have fantastic news soon about us getting on the ballot, our electoral strategy and our exciting new election strategy.

If you can, I hope you'll hit the button and support us.

Seems like she's pretty confident about getting on the ballot now, I guess whatever bunch of hapless temps she has out on the streets are doing their job. It's a shame we'll have to wait another 3 months to see what the financial story behind this was.

I, for one, am looking forward to learning about her exciting new election strategy and how it differs from her electoral strategy.

Just looking at his Twitter feed, John claims this "Evelyn" was a "close friend" of his and he killed himself at 19 years old in 2010 because of "cisgender hate." While there is no mention of this alleged friend's name on Twitter until after Gamergate in 2014, a suicide of a nameless friend was mentioned in July 2014. There do not appear to be any other mentions before this one. His story has also flipped in at least one detail, he had claimed an unnamed NPR host had made "transphobic jokes" a week before the alleged suicide, recently he sperged about the same host and said the jokes were made afterwards.

Wasn't he alleged to be, or actually was, part of some kind of transgender forums before he got kicked off for being crazy? That's probably where he met this person, if they existed.

I think I would concur with @LordKaT's analysis that this person was probably real, and John has embellished and uses the story for his own gain, such as claiming "the family" was totes cool with John supposedly writing blog articles and posting the photo, and that he has shook hands with the NPR host and had to pretend he wasn't chimping out, etc..

John was eventually kicked off the forums (if I remember), because he supported having intercourse with men without first informing them of his trans status among other things. This is a huge no-no in the actual trans community, because it breaks a huge bridge of trust their aiming to build.

Before I begin, it's time for a history lesson.

Even before going to rehab for an Ambien addiction, Wu was already legendary for making shit up to bolster her cred. The entire Lauren Milovy thing? That was done back in 2001. Wu used to claim to have been the victim of a mugging back on the Ole Miss campus as well, so even back then, Wu was a sensationalizing idiot and pathological liar.

Now, this established, let's cover some more deets: Wu mentioned that Evelyn killed herself in 2010. Wu transitioned in 2008, and was active on Susan's Place from 2006-2007. There was a few suicides from this time, but Wu didn't reach for those. After trying basic methods like reverse image searches and article sweeps, I decided to fuck around with variables and look for articles that involved suicides for trans women in the Massachusetts area in 2010. And I found.... This:

Chloe had been suffering from severe depression and crippling anxiety for years, but on this day, in the company of her mom and someone who could finally answer her questions, she seemed hopeful, even happy, Fresnel said. "The expression 'bright as a penny' came to mind when I met her."

On Sept. 24, 18 days after this meeting, Chloe committed suicide. She was 10 days shy of her 19th birthday.

Chloe's premature death follows a series of suicides among LGBT youths, including Rutgers University freshman Tyler Clementi, who killed himself after his roommate surreptitiously filmed him having sex, and 13-year-old Seth Walsh, who was bullied for being gay. Nationwide, no fewer than seven gay teens have killed themselves in the past month, according to nonprofit civil rights group Equality Forum. This rash of deaths has inspired a nationwide movement that includes a push for stricter anti-bullying legislation (The Safe Schools Improvement Act of 2010), a YouTube channel for troubled LGBT youths (the It Gets Better Project) and a series of rallies across the country, including one organized by the Arcata-Eureka chapter of Parents, Family and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG), held Friday evening on the steps of the county courthouse.

When she brought up the letter to Justin later, he brushed it off, saying it was just a phase he was going through. In truth, it was much more. It was around this time that Justin/Chloe started having panic attacks. Murphy urged him to seek counseling. A therapist they consulted together recommended Justin be put on antidepressants, but he feared they would turn him into another person. Murphy said the most painful thing now is looking back and thinking about how much pain her child was in. Justin may not have been bullied, she said, but his true self -- Chloe -- lived in fear and shame. "Growing up in the community we grew up in, the high school Chloe went to, there was no way she could come out. She coulda been beaten up. There's so much hate in these kids these days." Self-hatred, too:chloe, Murphy recalled, always showered in the dark.

After graduating high school last year, Chloe (publicly still Justin) moved to Humboldt County with a friend, looking for adventure. They ended up living on Clam Beach for a while, which worried their parents (Chloe was just 17 at the time), who helped the two find a rental in Eureka. Chloe attended classes at College of the Redwoods (though never officially registered) and talked about majoring in environmental science. On her way home for Christmas vacation, Chloe finally came out completely to her mom in a series of text messages.

"I embraced it," Murphy said. In fact, while many parents struggle to accept their transgender kids, Murphy considers it a blessing, despite the tragic end. "A mother and her son is a pretty close bond. A mother and her daughter is a pretty close bond. And I got to have both of those," Murphy said. "I'm lucky that I got to meet Chloe -- and do her hair, her makeup and have her tilt her head at me and say, 'Thanks, Mama.' What a blessing."

Ultimately, though, Murphy understands why the road ahead must have looked bleak to Chloe. Even people who support gay and lesbian causes can have difficulty understanding transgender issues, she said. Hatred, bullying and discrimination aren't limited to high school. Through Chloe's death, she and her husband hope to reach out to parents and teens in an effort to change that landscape. (They're currently working to establish a nonprofit to those ends.) And they're hopeful that society is slowly, reluctantly making progress. "Unfortunately it wasn't soon enough for my little Miss Chloe," Murphy said, crying again. "But I think she's going to be pretty amazed when she sees us 20 years down the line. I definitely believe that, and I'm gonna be part of that movement."

S0 right here, we have someone who matches the timestamp Wu mentioned to the letter, and has a virtually identical MO for their suicide. Even died at the exact same age. That seems interesting. What did they look like?

Not especially convincing by most standards.

Short version: Yes, there was a transgendered person who committed suicide in Massachusetts in October of 2010. But it wasn't that girl, it wasn't someone Wu knew, and surely by coincidence, Wu's story of how they died almost perfectly matches an existing story in the news at the time.

That seems awfully convenient, given that Wu is someone who's gotten caught at this before, no?

Coincidentally, Evelyn is also the name of a famous suicide victim dubbed the "most beautiful." Makes you wonder if John took her name to use in his story just to make verification more difficult, or just saw the clickbait and decided he liked that name.

Your reverse image search probably returned nothing, because i suspect it was a screenshot from this documentary: http://archive.is/ebXwE

Edit: It's available for purchase from (wait for it), the iTunes store. Link is on the official website:

Alright, so let me just go ahead and make sure I get this:
Wu co-opted the very real story of the suicide of a teenager to invent a story about losing a friend?
So effectively, she took an actual suicide, lied about knowing the person involved, then changed the names so nobody could call her on it when she used it to farm for pity points?

Because that's just pure fucking evil. That's absolute, pitch black, unambiguous evil.

Seems to be what we're looking at unless we can find evidence that this girl actually existed.

Is there anything on susans place about this suicide or the documentary? My guess is that John would have definitely commented on it.

John got a banhammer 3 years before it allegedly happened. And no, nothing like this on Susan's.

Oh for fucks sake John. A 3 second jewgle search shows that the crisis he's talking about is the town using a 150 year old law to force the private company servicing Hingham to sell its holdings to the town for $89M. Aquarion is mad because they don't think they're getting enough money. The town doesn't want to pay that much. John's solution, MORE GOVERNMENT!

Oh boy. I presume you haven't seen such Wu classics as "robot tentacle rapes chained socially unconscious girls" or "mecha-MLK beats up cyber sluts." I'm so not kidding.

I don't even have words to describe how fucked up and tasteless that is.

This was basically how Revolution 60 was going to be before Amanda Warner gave Wu a stern talking to.
There are alpha photos and videos of Crimson 09 (who is after all basically inhabiting sex robot chassis, even in the final version) wearing lingerie, and "Unknown"/Val wearing next to nothing, basically swimwear.

This is how Wu is at core, she fetishises women. If you understand that, you begin to realise how dishonest the whole pose of Brianna the super turbo-charged feminist is.
