5 people, judging by the people on the guest list who have confirmed. The people who haven't confirmed they are going include.... Brianna Wu.

The whole guest list looks like friends of Frank, judging by the names that I recognise. A random sampling doesn't reveal any who have donated to the Wu campaign before. Frank really seems to be trying his best to make the campaign a success, while he's hampered by BriBri putting in absolutely minimal effort.

$27? I'm sure that Wu shelled out at least 3 times that much on food and booze to lure those poor old folks there.

Those people didn't give the money as campaign donations, but rather out of pity so Wu could afford nice clothes and a trip to the hair salon.

I imagine Warren going through life like a ten year old visiting the Cheesecake Factory for the first time. He’s in awe of the “fancy” ambiance of what’s just a chain restaurant with average food.
