Anyway, its as you said, its not legal to murder trannies. (yet) Its an affirmative defense that primarily see use would be to drop a murder charge to manslaughter. To use it, you're going to have to pretty much confess "Yes, it was me, I killed that man in the dress", and that's the bulk of the prosecutions heavily lifting done for them.
To get off scott-free, you'd have to convince 12 people of this reasonable argument:
"Yes, see, when I discovered that woman had a ladypenis, I was over come with such emotion, well, I had no choice but to kill them. I definitely couldn't have just thrown up in my mouth a little and walked away. I am definitely not a further danger to myself, others, or society."
Honestly the only way someone'd walk is if the judge allowed the prosecution to be completely exceptional and only allow the jury to consider murder charges. Which means this would only work in Florida. (ha-ha.... Casey Anthony)
