First, it's instantly obvious to anyone who encounters him, that John is in fact a crazy person and also not who he claims to be. Based on easily available information, I was able to confirm my conclusions in a matter of minutes, if not seconds, using one Google search. If this doesn't completely confirm that the profession of journalism is is an absolute farce, nothing will. This is exactly where one might imagine a little fact checking or research would be useful, but no. Why bother?

All the media attention is a something of a double edged sword. On one had, John gets some more fame which we all really know, hits the spot for him. On the other hand, with increasing exposure, it makes it more likely he could be eventually exposed as a fraud. Is this some ultimate end-game gambit or is John just carelessly flying too close to the sun?

@Jaimas would be your go-to man, but I'm pretty sure John has both a sister and a brother.

They both went on to be successful citizens, married and started a family for themselves and still keep in regular contact with dad.

John is the only one who went off the fucking rails, stopped contact with his family and pretends it's everyone else's fault.

Now he blames all sorts of shit on his "adoptive" family despite financing his failed company. They seem to keep out of his autistic rage because John is just a giant liability for everyone.

The lies are getting outrageous, and he isn't necessarily respected by the people who actually matter in the fields he's interested in.

Back in the day, he was able to ban people off big services like Twitter like it's no big deal.. Just ask @GethN7 about it.. That influence has diminished, thankfully, and his lies still lie all over the unforgetting internet..

But for the uninformed normies, he is slowly becoming a big deal. He has taken advantage of the societal niceties to transpeople, like not looking into pre-transition and started to LOOK like a big deal. He is actually on the way to becoming a Z-List celeb.

However, it doesn't matter how much bullshit is written about him, he's his own greatest enemy when it comes to being denied any position of real power or influence (for anything resembling enough time to do real damage at any rate), and it's because when he's put on the spot, he screws up hard.

When competent people are put on the spot in whatever field they choose to pursue, they can, if nothing else, look like they know what they are doing. In Flynt's case, any situation where he has not the slightest control and is forced to wing it on his own has ended in hilarity and failure.

Even his fluff pieces are a lot of sound and fury, signifying nothing. Most of the publishing done on this idiot is done on places with joke tier credentials for actual fact checking or glorified blogs where they need to fill column space and fact checking is secondary. And even the high tier stuff makes him look really stupid, with even his Wikipedia page unable to erase the utter stupidity of the "moon rocks" crap, and if anyone bothered to actually CHECK the sources used to fluff this guy up, all the lies and inconsistency will reveal themselves.

So let him lie and BS his way to undeserved fame, because when rubber meets the road, he's still an incompetent hack who will never amount to anything other than talking out his ass and looking like a fool when forced to prove his worth.

Quick piece of advice, and I say this in as friendly a manner as text can convey, and I don't mean it as a sort of rallying cry either:

What you're saying exhibits a dangerous mentality, by that I mean the "X paper isn't that widely read, This person is nuts no one will listen to him or vote for him..etc" mentality, it's exactly the same one that creates personal echo chambers, the same one that has doomed SJWs to their current media & Twitter flailing.

You need to consider that a lot of normies & non-Kiwis may indeed read this fluff piece and even believe it. Basically, we need to admit that not all people see things as we do.

How many? I honestly don't know, but someone stated a few pages back that its the most read magazine among Wu's targeted voters, that too is unconfirmed with hard numbers, maybe I'm even misremembering what that post said, but it may make this shitty puff piece into something that's believable to the average voters who really don't care for internet drama.

Mainstream media will never go after what they view as a political ally. Any critical pieces by other outlets will be waved off as hit pieces by Nazis or MRAs or whatever the buzzword is at the moment.

I know that's cynical but it sadly feels like reality.

I think a lot of Brianna's lies are based on this idea: that the majority of people who watch or read her interviews wouldn't have watched or read much else about her. This is how she can just insert new ideas as is needed. No one is going to call out the inconsistencies because how often do you fact check a random interview in a fashion magazine?

Brianna is banking heavily on no one looking too deeply into the stories she tells. Listen and Believe!

The mainstream media are exactly the people who will dismantle the myth of "Brianna Wu" if and when they need to. Any journalist worth their salt can do a bit of digging and find out that all the facts reproduced here aren't just MRA/Nazi/alt-right slander and are indeed factual. It's a story waiting to break, and it probably will if/when Wu gets more high profile. Wu is just too much of a liability for her cause because of the fraud she commits.

We can all ageee that Brianna's rise to celebrity is ridiculous, but cultivating her persona and getting her name and face out there are things she will actually work for -- perhaps the only things she's ever worked for.

Even her game was a throwaway for "cred." She hired Amanda Warner to animate 100% of it, Maria Enderton to program 100% of it (you know, that software engineering bit that Brianna has literally never done), and Frank to model most of it. All of this is by these three people's own admission. Frank's discussion of this is most hilarious. He is the Stimpy to Brianna's Ren. Only he's Stimpy with a job.

People like Brianna never go away even when shamed. They come back and surround themselves with a different set of boot lickers. We've discussed Stephen Gkass, but I also see her as a bit of a James Frey. Frey was shamed on international TV. Instead of retreating into private life, he currently runs a sweat shop of MFA students to produce young adult fiction. He's marketing his own low rent Hunger Games shit.

Is he a laughing stock? Yes. But did Dreamworks turn one of his YA books into a movie? Also yes.

Tough news today for John Flynt and Frank Wu. This is the fundraising chart for the third quarter in House races on the Democratic side of the ballot for 2018. As you can see, no MA-08 entry is found. Why is that you may wonder? Well, on this site, the following criteria are being employed:
  • Races we expect to be competitive in next year's general elections
  • Open seats in otherwise safe districts with contested primaries
  • Under-the-radar contests where a candidate raised an unexpectedly high sum
  • Incumbents who might face a credible primary challenge
Even DailyKos thinks John's full of shit. Lulz.
