You mean make a movie about a femme fatale? That's been done before. I think one of the major reasons that archetype never really caught on is because there really isn't a major name or character associated with it. The only character I can think of off the top of my head is Black Widow and considering people associate that character with Marvel a B.W. movie featuring espionage and seducing poor schmucks for intel and then assassination them probably wouldn't go over well with the public who'd show up expecting a movie about flying superheroes and techno-magic gemstones.

And keep Tarantino away from it. He's over-rated.

The orginal "nikita" and "long kiss goodnight" spring to mind maybe "salt" or "alias"

Guess they don't count because they were roles written for a woman rather than taken from a man.
