Those are very old pics from before the latest rounds of plastic surgery. John has always had a massive jawline, as you can see in this pre-troon pic:

I think that particular lump in the middle comes from how he's pursing his lips in all of these pics. Try it yourself and note how the area below your bottom lip pushes forward and firms up. I honestly don't know what expression he was going for, but it looks stupid no matter what. Now that half of his jaw has been hacked away, I wonder if he can even do it anymore. Might be why we only ever see him making the same gormless smile in all of his umpteen "look at how pretty I am" selfies.

I have pointed out recently, and it should be pointed out again, that John is standing next to Janet Reno, who was an incredibly tall woman at 6'2" and is obviously taller than her, making him so tall that the very concept of him being female is nearly inconceivable.

it is an old picture and it is just the skin bunching weirdly because of how he is positioned. It looks like he is trying to give himself an overbite by tucking in his chin. It does not help that this was post-obesity because it made for more extra skin in the lower face and neck. A lot of the offending material was snipped off during the jaw surgeries.

I have noticed that a lot of troons adopt inhuman facial expressions in service of trying to pass. FTMs all squint like they're staring directly at the sun, for instance. They just look weird as fuck but the autistic focus on passing makes them not care so long as whatever weird thing they're doing makes them feel less dysphoric.

Ironically, to that end I would agree John is no different than the usual troons now, but he was late to the party after deciding being a woman was too difficult for the image he wanted to cultivate.

What makes me laugh is if you had to pick a public figure most similar to John it's probably Trump himself

They're both fat old balding men who tell ridiculous self aggrandising lies for no appreciable reason, think owning expensive gaudy shit is the epitome of good taste, treat all of their relationships as entirely transactional, take credit for things that they had no part in, don't pay the people they contract to build shit for them, are addicted to media attention and plastic surgery, suck up to Israel and have a taste for shitty food
