What seems to be happening right now on the right--the Ben Shapiro/Bari Weiss types are demanding outspoken, verbal loyalty to Israel.
They wanna know for sure who is on their side, and the "philo-semitic" ppl are obediently lining up to be counted. James Lindsey was first in line, and now Mr. Wu.
Its all the same basic script: there is something holy about the place, "the light"--blahblahblah.
In short, they are reacting to Israel's claims in a religious way, NOT a political way.. even those claiming to be atheists/agnostics/nominal Christians will start babbling about Israel being a holy place.
Its such obvious sucking-up, it's very hard to take, but stay tuned. Who will be next?

He keeps repeating "my vaginal tissues would break down" when he doesn't have any vaginal tissues, he has inverted penis skin sewn into a cavity in his pelvis. He has read about how real women get vaginal atrophy from using testosterone/going through menopause and thinks this means his inverted dick skin would atrophy from testosterone (lol no, penis skin isn't negatively affected by male hormones). There are so many issues with John's screeching about muh heckin tranny genocide, it's hard to pick a place to begin.
Let's start with the obvious: getting a stinkditch installed is a voluntary cosmetic procedure, not "lifesaving medical care." There's more than enough evidence at this point to show that self-mutilation does not improve one's mental health (exhibit A: John Walker Flynt). If you don't want to be on hormones for the rest of your life, how about you don't chop off the organs that produce the ones you need to function properly?
Second, stinkditches are not cheap, to the tune of several thousand dollars for the procedure, on top of any additional expenses for "revisions" or surgical complications. Trannies have lobbied for these entirely voluntary procedures to be covered by insurance, which means that the costs end up passed on to everyone else in the form of higher premiums. I think most people don't actually like their insurance bills to go up just to pay for some deranged men in dresses to mutilate themselves. John always ignores the costs of everything else he's had Frank pay for, instead zeroing in on the "titty skittles cost nothing!" angle every time. But hey, this is what being completely sheltered from having to pay for anything your entire life does to you.
Third, there is no evidence whatsoever that hormones improve mental health of trannies. Of course, this isn't helped by the fact that any time someone tries to study it, trannies screech about how it'd be literally killing the control group to not get hormones instead of a placebo. That said, considering that there is no evidence for a "woman's brain in a man's body" or vice versa, it stands to reason that cross-sex hormones would not magically rewire the brain and make it function "properly." Also, it seems pretty obvious by troon behavior that they do not see any improvement, as they are all the same sad sack gooners they've always been. John's assertion that his mind would "shatter" without his titty skittles is entirely baseless.
Fourth, as mentioned earlier, if your body would fall apart without hormones, why did you go and remove perfectly functional organs that supplied them? Your male body needs male hormones to work properly, and swapping them out for the opposite sex's will not give the same result. It seems to me that you willfully made a retarded decision, and now you expect the rest of us to pay for it forever. (This is, of course, entirely different from a man who ended up castrated due to an accident and takes testosterone to replace the supply he should have, something that most everyone would have no problems with.)
Fifth, you do not have "vaginal tissue," John. You have a hole fashioned from the mangling of your male body parts. There is not a single bit of female DNA, cells, tissues, or organs in you at all.
And finally, the fact of the matter is that it is you and your ilk that have forced your wills on the rest of society, demanding we play along with your delusions and cater to your every want and whim, restructuring everything to suit a tiny minority of sex perverts. You have gotten people banned from social media, fired from their jobs, and cut off from their banks, all for the crime of simply calling you the men you are. You cheered this on when you benefited from it, but now that the tide is turning and people have had enough of your shit, you cry about harassment and genocide. Maybe if trannies weren't so obnoxious in forcing themselves on people who want nothing to do with them, this wouldn't have happened, but your continued need to push the envelope has peaked not only those who never liked trannies, but also those who used to nominally support them. John is also lying by omission because he is only telling half the story. When a M to F troon is taken of estrogen, they are given testosterone supplements so none of the things John is screeching about happens. That is the part he always leaves out. If John were to refuse the supplement because it is supposedly "dysphoric", that is entitrely on him and no one else.

It's one thing when John snarks about adult troons. It's something else entirely when he flings abuse at those who were groomed into the troon cult as children and are rightfully speaking out about their experience.
Even so, I'm kind of floored by the fact that John is flat out denying what happened to this poor man by cattily critiquing his appearance, as if he can just tell someone's whole life story at a glance. It's obvious why he's doing it, because he needs to keep the fiction alive of how much better he would have turned out if he'd been able to troon out as a child. But his impulsive need to denigrate anyone who would dare criticize that notion ends up with him being a complete and utter shithead to those who have already suffered enough. Usually he just claims that they weren't actually a tranny and thus their experiences are invalid, but I can't recall an instance of his utter denial that their experiences even happened.
And like you said, even with puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones, you simply can't change genetics. Inevitably, the male features will present themselves, as we've seen with Kim Petras and Jazz Jennings. The damage these drugs do is far greater than any supposed benefit, and prescribing them is equivalent to child abuse.
