So Brianna expounded more in this interview about her "engineering skills" and what that allows her to bring to the table politically.

Explosions. The example she uses is, when designing Revolution 60, she would have to allocate processing resources for explosions.

That is her "engineering" credentials. Video game explosions.

When dealing with high-intensity explosions of this magnitude, allocating your resources properly is your top priority.

Is she talking about a dream she had? "Then I woke up and found my window broke." I imagine having pictures taken of her that aren't designed to be as favorable as possible would be her worst nightmare.

That are being charged for the destruction of property when the lens cracks in half at the sight of him.

The odd xmas inflation and then massive slumps round about the time wu started to indicate an urge to run for congress, maybe frank injected some cash to bolster the steady decline...

Twitter increase is expected, as everyone wants to watch a good freak show....
I did not know he was in the top 1k of hipster welfare receivers for some reason. That's actually pretty pathetic that there aren't enough woke millennials with comic books to push him down further.

Weirdly Andrew Dobson had the same "Christmas bounce", though there's little linking Wu to Dobbles directly. Movieblob was also a recipient of Christmas goodwill, as was RAAANDIII and Blowy. No such luck for Ali Rapp though.
Dobson by so much as mentioned or retweeted Wu since before Rev60 came out. No idea why he dropped her as his sempai.

For example, Wu's favorite character is Ivy, a warrior with a magic sword from the fighting game "Soul Calibur."

"As sequels kept coming out, her boobs got ridiculously big, and her costume kept getting smaller and smaller," Wu says.

Yes sir, nothing says "accountable" like someone whose social circle consists entirely of sycophants, who doesn't need to work for a living, and whose reputation is so far in the mud that it can't get any worse.

Brianna Wu has discovered a great new way to campaign for congress.....by letting someone else do all the work! Mass Effect isn't going to play itself is it?

'honest'

It's funny watching a gang of ultra-far-left Democrats attempting to masquerade as "post-partisan."

It will be even funnier if they back a tranny con artist in the 8th Massachusetts.

My knowledge of game programming lies somewhere between jack and shit. But those "explosions" were so low res, I'd hardly worry about using so many of them that I'd crash the game.

I would use something like Houdini Indie for my special effects and than throw it into UE4. But what do I know? I'm only doing game development for fun.

The explosions are basically flat textures. They're fucking squares. You don't even have a bunch of random particles to load, which the Warframe devs have said is their biggest fucking headache with explosive weapons. And that brings me to a point: The Warframe team do a bi-weekly devstream where they actually talk about programming, and art, and optimization, and they're clearly trying to use terms that the average joe would understand, but there's a real sense that these guys know what they're doing. The last one I listened to which was three weeks ago mentioned an update where they would be adding a ton of foliage to the Earth maps, and they talked about testing it to make sure it would run on toasters. Those guys are pros, John-Bon is trying to sell squares as "processor intensive explosions".

The hardest thing on your system would be any smoke effects created by the explosion. Plus any damage to the terrain if you're doing that sort of thing. Oh, and any lighting effects.

Which Rev60 has none of, while the Bombards in Warframe fire rockets that have a smoke trail, and all those extra gimmicks on top of the boom. To Warframe's credit, I don't see any slowdown when there's a lot of booms happening-and when there's more then one of those spam happy Bombards, there's a LOT of fucking explosions.

So basically, a bunch of crazy Canadians are better at "optimizing explosions" then a crazy tranny. At least they're crazy in ways that help game design.

I think it's because of the Engine they're using. Evolution Engine optimizes really well. If that was Cryengine, Unity Engine or Unreal Engine it would be a bitch to optimize for all systems and still look good.
