Wu knows that the original studio didn't work on the game and the people who did work on it were basically interns correct?

Maybe someone should tell him that Bioware is currently working on a new IP and Dragon Age game. However they're looking for new employees after many left the company over the past few years.

No, actually, what I remember is a tense situation where Private L. Jenkins was brutally killed off just to let you know what kind of game this is, fighting through the mysterious geth, seeing Saren shoot Nihilus in the back of the head, Shepard getting strange memories from a beacon, and then having to explain all that to the Council. And that was just the first HOUR!

Not only are the animation and dialogue bad, the voice acting is amateur at best. Not a single one of the words coming out of these women's mouths has the correct inflexion.

Remember Wu struggles with empathy. She probably didn't give much of a shit about anything in the game that didn't involve ordering people around or being an edgelord.
