I've heard good ideas about how to fix some of these issue but none that didn't come with pitfalls, the closest I've ever heard to something that sounded right was a gov't imposed cap on how much can be spent in a campaign at all. But lowering pay? There's no way they won't then spend more time out getting paid elsewhere.

...he's going to be really popular on the Audi forums. There's nothing like a good autistic car related slapfight on car forums but the scope of those usually do not extend to interpretations of the parts catalog.

To me it sounds like delusions of grandeur and self-importance. I know someone that has to deal with someone that's growing into being exactly like Wu. She's 20 years old, unemployed and living off her parents and can't imagine taking a regular job to earn money, experience and independence. It has to be high-profile job with status where she gets to be in charge, have hiring/firing power and makes big bux without doing much actual work or have any prior experience.
Despite having parents with money that funds her lifestyle and a sheltered upbringing she's resentful towards them and imagines she's had a tough life, tougher and harder than everyone else's.
Her CV is four pages long despite never actually doing anything of value and it's filled with exaggerations, trumped up achievements, falsehoods and what can charitably be called lies. I mean, who lists courses one flunked multiple times or dropped out of during the first weeks as a merit? Without mentioning the flunked/dropped out of part, of course. She's a Flynt in training, except being a cis-woman.

re: Wu's car and the engine harness.
When she bought that fag-box there was a lot of bragging about being an engineer and how as an engineer he would easily remove and install a new engine harness and have you ever heard of a woman doing that?

Fast-forward a few weeks and Wu twitters about going to the auto-shop and is informed that installing a new harness would cost $1500 or so, might not even include the price for the part I'm not sure.

Now he's asking twitter about where to get one and getting angry when a cis-man explains where to look.

There might be more in the saga of the Audi that I'm forgetting.

In all fairness Audi's (the tt in particular) are overpriced Volkswagen's for people who can't afford real German luxury cars. Take 20lbs of shit and cram it in a 5lb bag and you have the engine compartment, so they probably had to remove the engine to replace the harness.

Wu is really good at leaping before he looks.

The pay of a politician has never been the problem. Even if you would throw trice the money at a politician, that won't change how much likely they are to do something corrupt. There is too much money involved and the only thing that might happen, is that the size of the bribes would go up. The actual problem is missing transparency in what a politician earns on the sides, if every had to disclose what money they earn besides their salary and where that money is coming from corruption would become much more difficult.

Also: Something-something Trump, something-something tax-returns.

This time he appears to be trying to determine which of possible dozens of unique small plastic clippys hold some panel to the inside of the car. He was given the answer he needed (nut up and buy the whole panel, it's not available separately) but blew up on the dude anyway.

So just trim crap, which is the only area of automotive work I've ever seen Brianna post proof of actually doing. And I use "doing" rather loosely.

And yes, as @BlueArmedDevil mentioned, the quote could easily not include the part. Ah the rigors of Audi ownership! :lol:

It's not "whitewashing" when Danny Rand was always white. Anyone can learn martial arts. It's not like only Asians can practice it. Hell the Chinese didn't even "invent" martial arts. Many of their styles originated in India and if you look even further, martial arts originated in Africa so really, any human can learn it as it's a part of all of human culture, not just one section of the world.

I wish Regressive's would just die out already.

except space is vast, and it take a millenia to just get anywhere, however thats still quicker then bri actually gettng a job...
