To be fair to John, nothing loses value as quickly as a car. So from a financial standpoint, this can be construed as a smart play to get the least amount of depreciation eating away at what is spent on the purchase in this case.

But again, the homeless Asian midget will be driving it, not John, anyway.

I have this political campaign behind on the estimated self-destruction schedule so far. Hopefully the pair of dumb-asses pick up the pace on pumping ammo into their own feet that isn't made of nerf foam.

He didn't come up with this on his own, it's an accusation currently in vogue with far-left internet politics obsessives. Ever since it was revealed that the Kremlin has internet commenters on its payroll, accusing your detractors of being one of them is an easy cheap shot.
It's essentially the lefty version of "ZOG must have paid you a lot of shekels to say that", and should be taken about as seriously.

Look at me I have a (16yr old) luxury car because I've lost almost a million on failed businesses!

I don't know about newer model TTs but the older models were considered to be underpowered and not good buys. When has John ever been practical with Frank's money?
