Both of you guys; This is great stuff! Can we quantify the reasons why this is NOT Wu? I think this would be a fabulous addition to the wiki, and further proof that even on Wu's own terms.....Wu is a liar.

I think the question would be, if we assume it is Wu or Wu claims it is her, why would she not use her own bike that she hasn't be shy in talking about or sharing pictures of?
If Wu claims it isn't her then what is the point of it being in the video?
Wu's intention, unless explicitly refuted by her, is to imply it is her. She wants it to be the focus of the video, we can see the intention as she screen capped it in her 'production' photo and it is of much higher quality then the rest of the video.
She probably wanted people to see it and think she was such a bad ass but instead it just looks pathetic.

There's not a single frame of video in the entire thing that was produced specially for it. Wu's "campaign" is just her sitting in front of a computer trying to look busy so Frank won't make her go get a job. I wouldn't chalk up to malice what can be explained by malingering if I were you.

1. Mascara bike isn't his, and couldn't get access to it for the "ad".
2. John does own the bike, but gets on it with the grace of a wounded hippo.
3. John knows that we know that he's not legally allowed to ride it, and putting up footage of him riding the cycle on public streets is like giving us a loaded gun.
That's not even John post surgery, though. I mean, it is, but in the other clips of him since then, and on his stupid podcast, he sounds exactly the same as before. In the "campaign ad" he sounds distinctly different, hence my probably paranoid assumption that the audio was somehow doctored.
The funniest part about this is that the video is now all over twitter with people mocking her, and she hasn't even publicly announced it. Brianna "infosec" Wu still hasn't mastered the art of uploading a video as private and only making it public once you're ready to announce it.
