For example, you could have just sceduled your first appointment but received no services, and you are on a "documented medical pathway." You could be on a five eyar wating list and you are on a "documented medical pathway." You could be in years long litigation with your insurance provider and you are on a "documented medical pathway." This is consistent with John's habit of vomiting nonsensical word salad under the guise of engaging in reasoned discourse. Another significant problem with John's obsession with this term is that "documented medical pathway" necessarily assumes an eventual endpoint which troons can never actually reach by John's own stated admission and implicitly by his current plastic surgery addiction.
