Except the charges list "obstruction w/o force" which leads me to believe he didn't take a swing, but was just belligerent. Assault doesn't necessarily include battery.
 
I would like to congratulate everyone on reaching 100 pages, in just over 2 weeks! I know that we have over two thousand in the bag already, but I wanted to make a note of this as it's appropriate that the 100th post coincides with the release date.

To all who have contributed, I've found the sperging leading up to this release quite inspiring and possibly some of the best work yet. I look forward to your continued efforts!
 
And while Wu has a golden opportunity to make Geth look stupid for once, he's more fixated on trying to dick over Ethan Ralph.

Didn't see that, thanks for the clarification.

Essentially he was a belligerent drunk and he's going to get, maybe, a couple of days probation and mandatory rehab (if the judge is a prick).

I just think it's so fucking weird that Wu won't even hype it 5 minutes before it's supposedly going live. Like, is she just washing her hands of the whole thing and attempting to be a journalist now?
