That description doesn't tell you much about the game if you know nothing about it. It just assumes you played the earlier version. Who is Agent Holiday? What is N313 and Crimson 09?

Also, Amanda Winn-Lee is the only voice actor featured prominently even though she doesn't voice the main character.

Yeah, it's taking the piss. Hearthstone is about that size, and that has the excuse that it has hundreds of audio files in over a dozen languages, it still takes up quite a lot of space on my tablet.

The KIA mods are complete cucks who are afraid they'll be shut down for linking to dox, even though DeepFreeze themselves already discovered everything Geth did via another angle and they source those guys extensively, and they can't even link to that in some cases because they are terrified they'll get shut down, even though Wu already tried that, got laughed off, and the Reddit hot pockets didn't do shit to KIA.

I have the original Myst and it takes up about that much space. There is no way this shitty piece of garbage takes up anywhere near that much space without being total bloatware.
