We've tracked them before, but I'm not surprised John is still buying them, nor am I surprised he's buying the most expensive version of each pinball machine available, nor am I surprised he's bragging about it to randos. Already knew he was boasting about his pinball wizardry on Twitter, but good to know he's doing it on dedicated forums too.
As I've mentioned before, he desperately wants to be Jeri Ellsworth. Problem is, Jeri uses her actual knowledge and talent to make things where Brianna just makes Frank buy stuff to brag about on Twitter.

Jeri:
  • Has 70+ pinballs
  • Has real patents
  • Has a NYT article about her achievements
  • Had a startup funded by kickstarter and refunded the backers when the project failed
  • Has pictures of her working on race cars
  • Created real AR technology
  • Met heroes Nolan Bushnell and Steve Woz
Brianna:
  • Makes Frank buy the most expensive pinballs to brag about on Twitter
  • Brags about Frank being a patent lawyer
  • Has a NYT article about being in Gamergate
  • Had a kickstarter for a game that was severely late and broken
  • Has pictures of Porches to brag about on Twitter, some with Frank's gaping maw
  • Bought a bunch of VR stuff that collects dust
  • Claims to have been almost run over by Jobs, slammed Nolan for not being woke enough in the 80s
So I guess even if you're a woman you can still be successful in tech if you just actually do stuff.

In no way am I condoning illegal activity of any kind, but anyone who posts images of all kinds of expensive shit they own online is practically begging to be robbed, especially if they're also posting about when they go off on vacations for weeks at a time. I guess it's just more important to show off your expensive toys than it is to have good opsec.
Imagine stealing a pinball machine though. You break into some halfdicks house looking for ladylike things like jewelry and shit, only to find yourself surrounded by tacky fucking bingbing machines. You steal one out of spite and after carrying it to your tandem bicycle, bring it to a pawn shop where it's sold for $7000 dollars only to get recognized 5 minutes later on a forum as the one of a kind DragonBall GT themed custom deluxe ultra pure level 3 trim ballenblizten IX, owned exclusively by someone the cops have on speed dial after the "gamer gate sniper" incident.

Those are literally the safest things on the market. It's like stealing a box of active GPS trackers.

Okay, the pinball machines are probably safe from all but the most prepared thieves, but there are plenty of other things John's posted pics of that would be easier to lift: 3D printers, vidya games and consoles, computers, and so on. A dedicated thief would basically be given a shopping list just by scrolling through John's Twitter feed for a few minutes.

Again, not condoning criminal behavior, but this is one reason why I put as little info about myself out there as possible.

When your entire "career" revolves around being victimized, you're going to do everything possible to be a victim. That and John equates owning stuff to being an expert on it.

Yeah, this is pretty common. The "women" like John bitching basically never actually do anything but are really committed to being "woman in field" and that's it. Meanwhile, the actual women in these fields, even if they have to put up with some creeps or other problems that probably should not have to, tend to not let things stop them from pursuing their interests.

There are all kinds of women on Twitter who I basically have never seen claim mansplaining or sexism when someone disagrees with them unless the person actually was questioning their credentials or hinting at something. I usually see it more often being used sarcastically against hypocrites. Actually, I see it less among actual "progressive" women (even ones with unearned positions) than as much as John uses it and a lot of those won't even use it instantly to shut off any attempted criticism or correction of facts.

I can totally see why John is going to modern pinball (notice no EM pins)
he hopes he can buy his way in.
he tried is with "how many Porsches" and, my current fave, "I have a race motorcycle"...til someone who knew called him out that it wasnt (john couldn't buy the knowledge)
Speedrunning doesn't require enough HW , so he can only compete in obscure super-sub categories.

Just cut to the chase John...we know what the favorite toy you bought is...

I think John should just flaunt the $ ala

My vag is store bought, your vag is home made
My vag cost a million dolla, your vag growed in your mama
My vag make a chink-fag spend his ducats, your vag the het-boys wanna fuck it
My vag I gotta be dilated, your vag so natural I hate it

AFAIK, Bri Bri hasn't tried to jump on the D&D controversy train.
I would have, at least, expected an "I don't D&D because of men" to simultaneously excuse lack of knowledge in "geekdom" and shift focus to Johnarian pseudofemminism

Wow!!!! Inventor of mRNA vaccines and now this? Is there nothing that Frank can't do, like not be a spousal abuser?

New year, new activism.

Well it's the first photo I've ever seen of that faggot not in that weird screaming pose.. I thought his mouth was permanently open at this point, weird that he can close it.

As usual, John doesn't mention that his sleazy husband is the coauthor of the the piece. The other writer is the much better known and far more accomplished Jay Werkheiser. I'll just assume that Patent Agent Frank approves of stealing credit for someone else's work.

And "accepted into an anthology" is exactly the type of subliterate gibberish that you'd expect from John. Or did Frank have to file paperwork and pay a hefty "application fee" to be included in this prestigious yet unnamed agglomeration?

Lol, he's just a normal guy who's being accused of the exact same things that Dictator Blumpf is being accused of, calm down leftard.

haha, so true bestie, imagine spending like six years or more (to this day in some cases, like John does) screaming about a sub-normal guy with basically one trick being Hitler 2.0

"The vet told us ... there were really only two things to address it. A. [drugs] B. Address the issues in the home environment that were causing so much distress. I didn't like the idea of doping him up. So, we just him live his life and accept that if he doesn't have normal dog-like reactions to Frank and me, it doesn't mean he doesn't love us."

John didn't even need to explicitly say that B was even more unacceptable since it'd require him to change something about himself. :story:

The problem therein is that wouldn't it have to be an elite status to be elitist?
I mean it's driving a manual. Its not a big deal. Maybe there is a younger gen that really doesn't have an interest that sees it like a manual choke on a carb, but that's apathy...it's like "winning" at princess peach because everyone else plays as Mario

Let's face facts (didn't someone say John used to be on car forums asking about driving manuals), he harps on it because it was a difficult accomplishment...for him. For most people it's just not - It's like learning to tie your shoes. Maybe when you haven't done it it seems scary and complicated, but then once that first week goes by it's a yawnfest and that's the tell

- someone who picked it up at an avg rate is going to relate that it's really nothing to be scared of (and hence, not proud of b/c it's not a big deal)
-someone who had trouble and learned at a substandard rate is going to make himself a trophy

MEJ? more like meh
