Remember, John is not the fastest Peach-only SMB2 speedrunner in the world. He's the fastest Peach speedrunner in a port of SMB2 that virtually nobody plays (40 players and 207 runs, compared to SMB2's 391 players and 1702 runs), and SMB2 isn't all that popular to run to begin with. Further, he tops the leaderboard that has a whopping two entries, a leaderboard that was only created because he bitched about it until a mod caved. There are at least a dozen SMB2 speedrunners with better Peach-only times that could probably best his time by a minute or more if they bothered to try. And that's not even including the dozens more that have better times in other categories.
But please, John, do go on about your non-achievement. How's that campaigning for Warnock in Georgia going? Surely you didn't just bullshit about how you were going down there to help out and instead stayed home to play SMA over and over again like a fucking autist.

Does he really think the HGTV audience is going to care if two of their most popular hosts (from Texas) have views in line with, say, Mitt Romney (someone John praises sometimes)? HGTV is seriously one of the most inclusive platforms on TV and has been for a long time, nobody cares if you're gay, a single mom, Black, twin brothers, mixed marriage, conservative, flaming faggot, Canadian, etc. it's all about the houses. I'm sure the producers search for diversity for both hosts and clients but on the actual shows it's basically never mentioned in any way that's not relevant. The only times I can remember HGTV (and this spin-off) bending the knee to social media was because the people were accused of actual crimes or ripping off clients.
If anything HGTV is an existential threat to John's worldview because the obviously conservative hosts (many from the South like John) are always polite and treat diverse families as they do everyone else. "It's just for the show!" Yeah, okay, we don't police people's private thoughts remember? Remember when you cared about the "right to privacy" a couple months ago?
So for the Super Bowl you just have to "train" a couple days until you do really well and then you just go and play other sports until the Super Bowl date comes?

Wait until John finds out what the other companies that back the space program have done in their histories. Also I can't help but mention that John is raging against an important space company because its owner is letting banned people back on social media when the entire American space program owes its existence to Wernher von Braun.
He's asking his Senator to retaliate against one of the only companies actually helping the space program get into space by shifting where the money goes in the books before NASA sends it right back to SpaceX.
Space program fanatic John has no idea who leases the launch pads at Kennedy and Cape Canaveral does he.
