Hmm yes makes complete sense that people who voluntarily sterilise themselves are also extremely passionate about reproductive rights. Why don't you name some of these prominent pro-choice trans activists, John?

Waiting for someone to hit John with "you were never fertile anyway".
At least all of the cases I know involving Nick were settled at some point with a plea deal. This is entirely normal for a small-town lawyer who has no particular need to practice, so only takes cases he feels like, and apparently charges outright generous rates as lawyers go.After the way Rekieta savaged John on Twitter, I was really surprised this appearance was ever agreed to. Is Rekieta a trial attorney?
Apparently he was going to be on this panel on "Trancel Culture" with Buck Angel, Dick Masterson, Destiny, and Rekieta Law, but backed out at the last minute I think. Starts at 8PM Eastern anyways if anyone is interested
For someone who claims to be married to an attorney, I guess he didn't pick anything up by osmosis. Roe is about a made up "right to privacy" that you can find in the "penumbra" (from Griswold v. CT) of the fourteenth amendment's due process clause. Roe and Casey are great examples of the Court legislating from the bench. And overturning them doesn't make abortion illegal, it just limits the restraints that SCOTUS had placed on state abortion restrictions.View attachment 3243460
No one cares?
I'm no legal eagle , but isn't Roe v Wade a due process case?
and
isn't the judiciary part of that processes?
if a tree falls in the forest, and no-one is around to hear it, does John Walker Flynt blame its fall on the Holy Autism War?Has a man had access to abortion his "entire adult life"... when he could never get pregnant in the first place? Truly one of those "if a tree falls in the forest, and no one is around to hear it, did it make a sound?" questions.

fuck your mumbo jumbo, it's time to take back the country from those judges stealing our rights! All this decision would do is leave the "voting to let women die in the back alley" to the states.
That is, officially, creepy as shit.Wusurrection ASSEMBLE!!!!

Did they seriously call him by his actual name? If there's a clip, I'd love to see it.I've listened to a bit of this podcast and I think Wu would have bounced pretty early on. Shots were taken for the last minute bailout including dead naming which I'm sure wouldn't have happened if Wu did attend, but whoever Destiny is, is getting called out on the regular and they seem like a much more gifted bullshitter than our favorite super model/professional racer/mechanic/gourmet chef/game developer/tech wizard engineer/politician/executive PAC director could ever hope to be.

yeah...but it's a little bit oblique: one of them mentioned something like "or should we say John"Did they seriously call him by his actual name? If there's a clip, I'd love to see it.
Right now, John is typing up a frenzy to his Twitter "backchannels" trying to get these guys banhammered, and King Musk has already sent out a notice with John's picture that says DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS CRAZY PERSON.
