So I don't recall what school John went to in his early educational years, but I think it was some kind of private school. He did end up going to Hattiesburg High School before his ill-fated college adventures, however. It shouldn't be a surprise to any followers of John's antics, but no, the high school is not housed in a trailer, and I'm guessing the same is true of any other schools John went to.

Now, I'm not going to discount the possibility of classes being temporarily housed in trailers if the need arose. Post-Katrina, I know of many schools along the coast that were forced to move into trailers after being severely damaged or destroyed. However, in a cursory search, including this helpful interactive map, I found no evidence of any storm damage to HHS during the years John attended, nor did I find anything about fires. A tornado did damage the school in 2013, but that's long after John's time. Again, there's a slim chance John may have had to go to class in a trailer and I just didn't find any news articles on it, but that chance is pretty close to zero.

So yeah, what a shocker, John's flat-out lying about his past again. And judging from all those likes he's getting, nobody is going to question him on it because "hurrdurr Mississippi dumb." What a scumfuck.

True. Again, entirely possible that Hattiesburg needed more space and put up some temporary metal buildings until they could complete the required construction, but his implication of "all Mississippian schools are effectively trailer parks" just oozes condescension. The tards on Twitter don't know any better, just clapping along like trained seals because of course Mississippi is effectively living in the Stone Age, that's what they've always been told!

Yeah, my school used one of these. I actually think it was those exact models. Funny thing is, they were actually considered better, or at the very least more comfortable than the classrooms inside the building. It was mostly for little things, like better heating/AC, and each room had a water cooler so you could get drinks without having to use a water fountain. The only real inconvenience was traveling outside when it was raining, but I imagine most schools place them pretty close to the doors, so you're only outside for a few seconds. And you'd have to go back into the main building to use the bathroom. Unlike John, I'll admit I have no idea what Mississippi is like, but based on my little knowledge I'd bet students preferred these just for the cooler temperatures.

This dude who is unfortunately named "Peddy" probably has a different reason than I would for his opinion, but I think everyone actually should read at least some of Mein Kampf as well as the Communist Manifesto. When a book literally kills hundreds of millions of people it is probably not a good idea to ignore it.

I think every school I went to used some model of these. We just called them the portables and a number, like American history would be in portable 7.

As mentioned, schools across the country and at basically every level of prestige use these, because it's cheaper and easier to build additional outbuilding classrooms than to completely redo a school. There was a school in a pretty good neighborhood near where I grew up that used an increasing number of these while it prepared to completely renovate the school itself to accommodate the growing population of kids in the district.
