It's... I mean, the code is included in the game, in plain text. It's also important to remember that Rev60 isn't an Unreal Engine game, it's an Unreal Engine mod/tc, they never had the big-boy version of the engine and everything is done in Unreal Script and the in-editor Kismet for cut-scenes, using the long-defunct and therefore unchanging UDK. So it's designed to be portable and platform independent.

For those unfamiliar, UDK is like the editor/scripting/tools that normally shipped with games like Unreal Tournament, Half-Life etc, but free as a separate thing on the internet.
The exception of it being free was mobile phones, that cost $50k and probably had something to do with cross-licensing and offering some limited technical support, it was still pretty early in the iPhone/Android smartphone era. Still, that's $50,000 for something that is otherwise free and made for modders.

There's not even any complicated build-files and dependencies for Rev60, it's a press of a button in the editor after setting the target platform, most everything being in-editor was the selling point of UDK. He might have to set a couple of paths to the resources but that's it.

But why even do that? It's not like the Steam version has any DRM so just upload that one. Maybe he's angling for some cred, pretending to compile his game for the latest Epic Unreal Engine on a cutting-edge storefront("Have you heard of Fortnite, yeah my game is there too"), even though the finished product will be byte-for-byte identical to the steam version.
Why is even oogling that bimbo in the editor? (yeah I know, he pretends to work)

And never forget the hilarity that is Wu determining the system requirements for the game on Steam.

He certainly didn't remember Crash, leaving him outside to die. Maybe it was short for Snow Crash, which would be appropriate considering the snow is where he was abandoned to die outside.

At this point, I would have to figure somebody is going to have enough time to crack the code for R60 and leak the models for everybody to use.

Bad porn of the characters would be absolutely hilarious to piss Wu off, since R60's characters are basically the only thing Wu ever retained from before getting their sausage lopped off.

I think @Smaug's Smokey Hole already extracted the models. Or maybe they are just let lose in data folder, I think the "game" was leaked on torrents.

I am convinced that the only book John has ever read is The Moon is a Harsh Mistress. Rev 60 "rogue-AI comes up with a revolution solution" is just a ripoff of Mike and the plot of the book. Manny lost his arm and Johnny lost his cock. Rev60 is just a hackneyed ripoff where instead of the moon it's on a space station or w/e. it's also where John got his silly "moon rocks" idea from since throwing rocks from the moon is a plot point in the novel.

I'm not sure what's in it for a hospital to refuse insurance when most people with a huge hospital bill are just going to say fuck you and declare bankruptcy. How are they making more money this way?

Big hospitals sometimes throw their weight around with insurance carriers, especially university related systems that perform medical research. If insurance carriers can't negotiate reasonable rates and they have alternative hospitals nearby, they may well drop a hospital from their network. Sometimes they are just stuck and have to charge insane premiums, like in Chris Chan's stomping grounds of Albemarle, VA. They had the highest Obamacare premiums in the country thanks (in part) to the UVA health system refusing to negotiate rates with the sole insurance provider in that region.

It happens, a big insurer in our area dropped the largest hospital. I’ve never heard of a hospital refusing all insurers or doing it “after the fact” as the Wuman claims. In fact that sounds absurd because like others have said, they’ve already negotiated rates.

My guess is John just actually has no clue what happened and misreported it. He doesn't have to understand these things, since Frank's Cadillac plan probably covers everything John needs, and what it doesn't, like Thailand cock chops, he just coughs up.
