Heh, maybe I misunderstand here something, as I am not fluent in sperg. But actually normal people learn to keep their mouth shut for 2 seconds and think about what to say next. And not blurt out every fart that runs through the vacuum of their skulls. It's called self control.

Certainly, a skill that eludes someone like Brianna who even manages to tweet her brain farts at light speed.

You wait two seconds before answering a question, because as a politician it is vitally important what you say and how you phrase your sentences. It's a habit that prevents your from accidentally blurting out whatever thought just crossed your mind, and it prevents Freudian slips. Also, politicians repeat names for their own sake, not to fake closeness. Saying a name out loud actually helps you to remember that person's name. It's like Wu hasn't actually met that many people while campaigning ...
