The tumblr post:

"As a software engineer, I don’t like broad, never-ending goals. I like to focus on smaller, attainable goals. In that vein, I’m ready to announce something. I am in the process of setting up a legal defense fund for women targeted by Gamergate.

One of the biggest ways Gamergate operates is character assassination. Well, we have laws protecting you against that. I’m not a lawyer, but the fund will pay lawyers to find cases on libel and defamation and prosecute them in civil court. These cases might be mine, or they might be other women targeted by Gamergate. It will be cases the legal team feels they can win.

Sadly, fighting back is all these bullies understand. I’m in the process of making sure the fund complies with our legal and tax structure. My suggestion to anyone in Gamergate is to think very carefully about saying something libelous or defamatory about the women you target.

If you are a lawyer that specializes in these kinds of cases, or you know one, please do not hesitate to email me at brianna@giantspacekat.com."
I hear Butts is having an issue with people accusing her of being a pedo. Guess we know your first case, Wu.

Normally I'd feel sorry for people being scammed out of their money to defend a lost cause, but honestly anyone crazy enough to donate to Wu and Butts after all of the evidence that's been brought to light probably doesn't deserve to hold onto their money. They were probably using it to wipe their ass or something.

https://vimeo.comThis is Cupcake Crisis. The graphics are just as bad as Rev60 (Minus the lighting) and they have the gall to call it "Professional".
Great job, Wu. You made a game with dialogue straight out of my old Winnie the Pooh CD-ROM games back when I was 4.

Glad to know your target demographic. Emotionally and mentally stunted morons. Can't wait to hear about Cupcake Crisis being the GOTY for 2016.

Ugh, I hate that 'sometimes food' shit. The Cookie Monster had his entire character taken away because of that kind of thing!
"We're gonna make a machine that makes... CUPCAKES! TeeHee! Cupcakes are a 'NEVER' food - all rational humans subsist on a thin, nutritionally-engineered swill ironically named for a cannibalistic product in a film made before you were born, cutie! TeeHee! What? Don't tell me you eat SOLID food? OH NO! Looks like we have to build another kind of machine... a SPANKING machine! TeeHee! Desi, hold her down!"

"putting down"
He's been pussy whipped by a someone who doesn't even have a pussy. I really really can't stand watching her followers, all the secondhand embarrassment is like a lethal dose of gamma radiation.

Should have just made it Soylent Crisis and avoided having to do the "sometimes food" BS.

Or don't set it around deserts at all while America has an obesity crisis… I mean you could have had her making any sort of machine and avoided having to be preachy about treats. Off the top of my head why don't you have her making a robot to enter in a dancing competition and the last challenge in the game is "programming" the robots dance routing using drag and drop blocks.

So that's why you whinge on an on about "dudes" "dudebros" "white dudes" "CISDudes"… We all know dude is derogatory when said by SJWs Bri, we're not stupid.

UPDATE: Done. I added the new information. The SOCCON article is, for now, complete. That took about five hours.
Why is EVERYONE wearing shorts?

This can't get any cringier...

I don't think I've ever seen a more hackneyed and desperate attempt to appear relevant.
We fucking get it John, you're losing the spotlight, so you're doing everything you can to get attention, from trying to start some mystical lawyer cabal to random pop culture references. But fuck me, it's like watching an aging comedian struggling to keep in touch with the world, and it's just getting kinda sad now.
You've had your 15 minutes. Let it die, man.

You want to see something amazing? Her post on Tumblr got shredded when she re-posted it last night - prior to this, it was about five months old.

It was reblogged extensively by Tumblrites and even Antis called her non-credible. She intentionally made the post impossible to find via Tumblr Search by not applying any tags whatsoever, and it's quite old now, so good luck finding her fucking post at all, even via reblogs, do to these. If you've got an account on Tumblr and feel like throwing Wu an anvil whilst she's trying to swim, reblog her post, add tags, and link to lolcow wiki.

Ugh, Vita. I don't ordinarily do this, but I really need to get this off my chest. Take heart, Kiwis, I'll cage it by bookending it with content:

The Vita is one of the worst botches in the history of handhelds.

There's no getting around this - it's one of the biggest failures of a system in ages. If you're familiar, this is somewhat ironic, because the PSP was the first system in the history of the world to legitimately compete with a Nintendo handheld since the Sega Game Gear. The PSP was not a market share dominator, but with its easy-to-use hardware, relatively high power (even by the standards of the 3DS), and compatibility with dev-kits, paired with some outstanding exclusives (especially if you like RPGs), the PSP managed to actually compete, even with piracy allegedly killing a chunk of its game sales (something Nintendo claimed as well with the DS).

Cut to the Vita's release. The system is failing and would be DOA without indie support and help from the errant exclusive. Sony's going to be killing support for the thing eventually, and with that odds are good Sony's pulling out of the handheld market entirely within the next year or so, though it will continue to support its games and systems via online compatibility (the PSP can still connect to PSN, similarly enough!).

There are exactly four things that are killing the Vita right now:

1. Zero "Huge Draw" games.

Look, let's be kind here. The Vita lacks games. It's practically a meme by now. If you look at the Vita's catalogue of front-line titles that sold buttloads, none of them are the kind of shit that you buy a fucking handheld for, and their best-selling game barely broke a million sales in 2014. As of last year, the best-selling games for the Vita were a fucking COD title, Uncharted: Golden Abyss, and Assassin's Creed III. None of these are the kind of game players will go out of their way to freak out getting, claiming they must get this - like say, a Pokemon title, or Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, or a quality RPG title that moves systems like Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest. Hell, Donganronpa is the first system exclusive it has that falls into the category that Etrian Odyssey has, where it'll lure in the niche players like crazy, and it didn't come out until guvking now.

2. Zero Backwards Compatibility.
Let's say, that, like me, you were a PSP owner, and you had no small amount of games for it due to the PSP being loaded with great system exclusives and RPGs. The Vita rolls around, and is completely incompatible with PSP UMDs. Well, shit. What reason do the PSP owners have to buy the fucking thing now? The Vita doesn't exactly have a lot of software for it players will be creaming their pants over, and the PSP wasn't exactly a cheap system. Sony implemented the passport system, a setup to allow players to download their UMD games for the Vita for a reduced price. Guess what? Never came to the West, because fuck all of you. The system itself was cancelled in 2012, for good measure, ensuring nobody who bought a PSP will ever purchase one of the fucking things.

3. Its Features Suck.
The Vita is less a PSP-style handheld and more a mobile PS3. It has unique features, but the overpowering majority of them are fucking useless. Cross-play, a cool feature to allow PS3/PS4 and Vita games to interact, was implemented only to be barely used in any titles, and essentially remembered in the same light people remember Nintendo's aborted GBA compatibility shit on the Gamecube. The Vita also has remote play for the Vita, which allows it to mimic a WiiU and play a console game on their Vita, which nobody uses because you play console games on a goddamned console. Like the PSP, the Vita uses proprietary tech in absolutely everything, just for good measure. This means retardedly expensive SD card memory cards that are incompatible with everything else, so they can milk more cash out of you. The PS Vita has ridiculously strong hardware for a handheld of its size, but without games worth playing on it, that's so much window dressing.

4. Sony Gave Up On the Thing.
Say what you will about the PSP being less-effective than the DS at market share - you'll be right - but the PSP is the first handheld in 20 years to put a dent in Nintendo's grip on that market. With tons of exclusives, a shitton of features the DS didn't have and, indeed, struggled to add with the DSi, ready access to PS2 and PS1 titles for easy emulation, a readily-accessible marketplace for mobile-game style apps (PS Minis), and you have the PSP having a rock-solid foundation to build on. The PSP was a great handheld and easily was worth its asking price, even with fuck-ups like the PSP Go.

The Vita, however, has few exclusives worth a damn, a ton of powerful hardware that it barely uses, no compatibility whatsoever with the previous system, and a higher asking price than Nintendo's handheld. These are all bad, but the clincher is that Sony keeps missing the fucking point on it, and rather than realize that these issues are why the Vita had a rocky time of it, chose to, rather than work towards rectifying the situation, simply bury them entirely. To cover up its problems with the Vita, Sony became infamous for grouping the console's sales together with the PSP during earnings reports, because the PSP is still sold in some regions. Sony constantly blames the mobile market for the Vita's failure to thrive, but anyone who games on a handheld knows that's a load of shit; the two occupy almost completely different niches and even with some games that bridge the gap (Dragon Quest games on Mobile; Angry Birds as a PSP Mini, etc), there's certain games you'll always play on a handheld and some you'll always play on a mobile device because there's shit that a handheld can do that a mobile fucking can't. Sony just can't face up to the fact that they fucked up on this, and, rather than address the actual issue, are focusing on consolidating their wheelhouse on the PS4 entirely. In the long-term, this makes sense - the PS4 is rapidly getting to be one of the frontrunning consoles of this generation, and its ongoing stream of good titles and exclusives is giving ti considerable clout - but essentially leaving its Vita fanbase to rot isn't something that's going to bode well for future Sony attempts in the handheld market, whatver those may be.

So, Donganronpa then. Wu, is your personal obsession with it why you haven't played the previous game in over a year?

https://vimeo.comThis is Cupcake Crisis. The graphics are just as bad as Rev60 (Minus the lighting) and they have the gall to call it "Professional".

No backgrounds, no actual gameplay featured, and looking all in the world like a fucking edutainment title. Actually, you know what? I take that back, because MECC at least understood the value of the fucking -tainment part of the equation. When my friend's Computer Animation test for school can stand toe-to-toe with your "professional" design, there's a goddamned problem.

Look at that, John. You were a legacy admission all three times you attempted to go to college.

Tell us more about checking our privilege.

Best be careful with this. Paying people to file lawsuits against people you don't like is barratry or maintenance and is still illegal in many places.

Good point, John. You're the Joy Squad.

Enter the obvious Gamergate allusions. Seriously, Flynt, and people like him think of Gamergate as if it's some huge final boss or huge enemy, like some sort of real world Foxhound (I haven't played MSG in years, don't shoot me) or worldwide threat, like ISIS.

That's a real diverse lineup you're a part of there, John. Including the tweeter, 11 of those 13 are dudes, 12 out of 13 are white.

Great retweet, buddy. Way to represent.

Guess all your soapboxing about gender, race, and privilege can just go by the wayside if it involves you raising your profile a little and sharing the stage with rich, successful cis-het white males. The Ferrari logo behind the tweeter is a nice touch.

Also, nice reappearance of that old photoshopped profile pic of yours. "Authentic".

Hey guys, here's some gameplay from Cookie Crisis.

The fucking Mighty No 9: Red Ash demo was better than this.
Apparently, John Walker Wu claims that this game is going to teach girls to become engineers.
