Because nothing says "fun" and "playfulness" you'd expect in a game called Cupcake Crisis than a dull blue-grey backdrop framed by an emotionless gray frame. No background music, or even ambient noise from Desi the Flying Toaster. Just a hollow empty soulless void of a room with some strange girl talking about her imaginary lab, telling you we're going to make cupcakes. Kids will love it.

I'm not surprised that Wu's idea of "encouraging young girls" is to talk down to them and make them feel shame over their enjoyment of cupcakes. It's almost like this was written by someone whose sole knowledge of what it's like to experience the world as a young girl comes from shallow media representation or something...

"Rights", my ass. Ever notice someone disagreeing with a SJW, even over ridiculous headcanons, is a "rights" issue? Maybe, just maybe, all the backlash against stupid assholes (acting as individuals) for being stupid assholes is because they're being stupid assholes, and not because of prejudice against whatever group they happen to be in. Not that it would even be a rights issue if there was prejudice, because it's just comments on the internet. Nobody's stopping anyone from saying/doing anything.

Also, note the complete lack of government involvement in this "rights" issue.

I don't think I've ever seen a more hackneyed and desperate attempt to appear relevant.
We fucking get it John, you're losing the spotlight, so you're doing everything you can to get attention, from trying to start some mystical lawyer cabal to random pop culture references. But fuck me, it's like watching an aging comedian struggling to keep in touch with the world, and it's just getting kinda sad now.
