Yeah, that'll work out great. We should just force businesses to arbitrarily maintain a certain percentage of women on staff, a la Affirmative Action.
I know a bunch of young African-American professionals and college students who just adore constantly having to prove that, yes, they do belong there and were not hired/admitted as a glorified PR stunt.

Says someone who is neither an engineer, nor a lady, yet claims otherwise.

Twitter probably told John to "calm thine fake tits" for abusing the abuse report system and now he's just acting out.

Once again, remember that all these Tweets are coming from that "full-time assistant" of hers. We might as well remember that since Brianna never will.

Question for you, @Jaimas: how do you think you'll address this Schrodinger's assistant in the wiki?

Quick question, what's the meaning behind Literally, Wu?
To distinguish from Literally Who 1 and Literally Who 2.

Used to be Literally Who 3 I think. Or maybe Literally Who 3 is the one I meant with Literally Who 2.

John wants to employ magic - hiring people who don't exist.

Female share of degrees conferred, bachelor's and above, in the US, 2012-13 school year
Computer and information sciences and support services: 21%
Engineering and engineering technologies: 20%

I'm studying IT, and got about three women in my class. Out of twenty-six. That's pretty much the average so that should tell you enough.

The fact of the manner is that, even with those idiotic diversity quotas in place, there'll never be enough women to fill the demands. Considering practically none of the people complaining about a lack of women in STEM fields meet both requirements of "woman" and "has a degree in STEM", you'd think they'd realize that.

We were talking about Flyntworks a few pages back regarding that MTV article. Just stumbled upon this by chance and thought i might as well post it here.

"FlyntWorks" Nice try, Brianna.

Funny that Ralph capped that particular comment. I don't think that story "flyntworks" quotes whenever they come out to play is one that Brianna has publicly shared. Could be something from one of her lectures but I wouldn't know. I can't listen to those things.

It's kind of a reverse of that ratio in education. Out of twenty-six people in an education class, three or four might be men. Does that mean men are being harassed or bullied out of teaching?

The thing that bothers me about diversity statistics is that everyone is quick to jump on the results but not the reasons. Why are there more men than women in IT? Could be a multitude of factors and few of those have easy solutions.

Flyntworks can't be a sock, it's dropping too much info. I believe @Francis York Morgan is correct in that this story hasn't been shared by her. I think it's someone :ruse:-ing as a white knight in order to build dissent. Her Linkedin says she went to college for "Journalism and Political Science" and I wouldn't expect her to make such a blatant mistake in this post.

"Gamergate needs to be sent to jail" lol

I'm too lazy to look for it, but didn't Brianna say that she is not going to encourage women to get into STEM because of all the sexism in the field? If so, she's trying to miminize the potential pool of women who have the skills meeded to enter the tech industry while at the same time complaining about the tech industry not having enough women.

A couple = "Dozens"
Calm and courteous = "Panic"
No one made this argument: "Could lead to fewer men hired"

Naturally, none of what John claimed actually happened. Typical extreme hyperbole and deliberate falsehoods.

Perfect illustration of how John constantly lies and demonizes for personal aggrandizement.
