Someone should report this "@_nwinant" dude for harassment. Dude has been riding that poor Geth's ass all fucking day.

Done.

Well, Gates kind of slithered in and snapped up QDOS for a pittance, itself a knockoff of CP/M. And Jobs and Woz based the Mactintosh in large part on concepts they "borrowed" and developed from Xerox PARC. But yes, they both actually made things, too. Unlike Wu, who is a useless pimple.
If you wanna see some gatesb code look at donkey.bas

Before he could drive he was debugging professional's code on a CDC 1100(?) and making some of them look bad.

Wu maybe able to code, there is no proof that she can but there is really no proof that she can't, it just seems that for someone who talks about it a lot they'd have a large footprint on the internet especially since her footprint is massive in other aspects of her life.

I don't ever really participate in any open source projects but you'll find my name in code if you google me as hard as people google wu. Also I sometimes answer and ask questions. I don't know anyone who works without asking questions, it has a super high return on your effort vs beating your head against a wall.

Wu spewing Sarkeesian level bullshit regarding Ant-Man
So in other words: No, people cannot have dead loved ones if that dead loved one has ovaries.
Ant-Man was good. Fuck you, Brianna.

Citing tropes as "proof" of anything is the height of autism. I'm surprised she didn't just link to TVT.

Correct an older elegan/tg/entleman here if he's wrong, but isn't the point of TVTropes not to necessarily suggest a trope is necessarily good or bad so much as it is an element of a given form of storytelling? I mean, I can think of plenty of good tropes, ones I welcome seeing in almost any form of work.

That said, there's an interesting trait about what Wu mentioned.

Wu brings Ant-Man up as a case of Women in Refridgerators, but as someone who actually gives enough of a fuck to research what they're talking about, that generally only applies when the character in question is a previously-established character and the trope is involved as them being written out in a slipshod, offensive fashion by killing them off. In the case of Ant-Man, from what I've seen, his entire fucking story is a protracted redemption arc, so not only does the trope not fucking apply, but Wu's argument that it does makes no fucking sense.

But then, this is not new for Wu.

Pretty much. Apparently, this Women in Refrigerators site is a website literally devoted to sperging about how problematic this trope is.

Ironic you say that. GethN7 runs All The Tropes, their competition.

*gasp* Wu actually links back to one of his own fuckups

I get the impression Wu can code but not very well. Wu has mentioned that her expenses for Rev 60 reaching 400k is partially due to some of her team having to learn programming and other things from scratch. If you use Wu logic then it makes sense since many of her personal expenses would probably be lumped up into that number. She also has a habit of hiring contractors and then getting pissed when they actually have the nerve to bring up the fact that they've passed the contract date.

Here's what they had to say.

But seriously, this is what they had to say...

Surprised he could find that humble pie under all the salt. Talk about damage control after sperging out. Can't wait to see what he needs to do after the Great Steam Sperg of 2015, help AIDS kids in Africa? Straight up Father Theresa.

Forgive for my phone is old and dislikes half the tweets that are posted(I think it may be sceenshots vs direct twitter links?), but is the woman in the refrigerator Pyms wife? She stops a nuclear
missile. She wouldn't qualify under any circumstance.

Yeah, it's one of those things that's just been utterly diluted by idiots like Wu claiming any deceased female character as fitting the bill.

Wow, this morning is interesting. GethN7 informed everyone he spoke with Twitter staff, is not going to even attempt to tweet anything in Wu's direction anymore since he has no desire to be accused of a being a harasser, and intends to honor his word.

This particular user just wants to crucify him anyway:
