I do remember Anita shitting on Japan. She claimed something about the USA dropping patriarchy bombs that spread mass misogyny. And I'm only half joking.
So the USA is responsible for sexism in japan? That's fucking rich. Also the cultural sensitivity there. wow.
: in order to lob a warhead at a surface target, said warhead would need about as much rocket power as a spaceship meant to travel up to
This is super interesting but I dont think the platform was lobbing warheads I think it had some sort of energy weapon.

In the game, the platform had "several kilotons of nanological material", which is more or less just technobabble, because "kilotons" in a military context usually refers to "kiloton of TNT equivalent", describing the explosive power of a nuclear warhead. Nanological weapons wouldn't explode, though, but rather work like viruses which destroy living tissue or technology or both.

Sarcastic Username corrected me on my energy estimate, though, actually a modest deceleration would suffice to send an object in geosynchronous orbit on a collision course with earth's surface.

Nanological weapons would be highly dangerous anyway. I would ask if Wu did any research on the concept of grey goo but she didn't even look up anti space-weaponry treaties so I already know the answer.

What I got from this was that she claims to love her dog, yet kept the poor fucking thing outside. IT WAS DYING AND SHE LEFT IT OUTSIDE. Classy.

Not only that, but the most common cause of encephalitis in dogs is distemper. A disease that is easily vaccinated against and that indoor dogs are rarely exposed to. There are other causes, but they're rare and most of them are also tied to keeping a dog outside. SO she wants to play up the good dog owner shtick when she couldn't even be bothered to take him to the vet and get him vaccinated.

I would be surprised if the poor dog actually died of Hypothermia that day.
Seriously, when you know he's dying, least you could do is let him lie on the couch, sheesh.

Understandable enough: male + couch = mansplaining nexus. Frank will encounter the same problem if he's ever terminally ill. He's probably been terrified ever since this vacancy opened up that being "in the doghouse" with Brianna can be taken literally. I hear Boston had a hell of a winter.

What the fuck? Seriously, isn't this shit animal abuse? What a fucking negligent idiot. Jesus fucking christ.

Seriously. The saddest thing about this is that she intended it to be a sympathy grab, but in reality all she did was show the world that she's a terrible pet owner. Who the fuck leaves a dying dog outside anytime, let alone in the winter? If he was that sick any compassionate dog owner would have kept him inside, where he could be comfortable and safe.

Even more sore about this now because today I had to put down a cat. He wasn't even technically our cat, he was a stray who came to visit often, and we were just about to formally adopt him. We found him in the basement completely out of it. Still went out of our way to drive an hour and a half to take him to the only veterinary hospital open on Sundays. Found out what was wrong with him was pretty much incurable and was causing him a great deal of pain so we at least let him go quietly.

That Brianna Wu couldn't even do the bare goddamn minimum for her dog, one she claimed to love and is still milking for pity points even though it's obvious she didn't even care enough to let him stay inside, is disgusting.

Wait wait wait wait wait... is this the same dog she was trying to blame GG on killing?

Brianna, I don't use this insult too often... but speaking as person who hates animal abuse in any form... you are a cunt.

If one really did love their pet, they wouldn't let it stay outside where conditions can kill said pet. Wu won't get sympathy if that sort of thing is revealed.

But seriously, if you want some time to care for your dog then ignore Twitter for a while and take care of your fucking dog.

How fucking hard can it be?

Also if the dog had encephalitis it probably should have been put down long before it ended up dying on its own. It's a pretty awful way to die.
