From what I gather from him, it was a massive troll that went on much too intensely and backfired on him somewhat in that it was taken much more seriously than he intended.
Still makes me wonder about how Wu is going to try and spin this, given it was clearly fake drama Wu fell for as totally real.
From what I've seen from Ghazi, declare Jace as a victim of Gamergate and disavow any knowledge of it ever transpiring. Interspersed with circular firing squads when a few rational individuals who may or may not be concern trolls point out the obvious and get a storm of downvotes from the landed gentry:

Complaining? More like using some simple reasoning to determine when someone is obviously taking the piss.
Look, I get it: death threats are obnoxious and happen far too often. But growing enough of a thick skin or at least doing a bit of even cursory research not only debunks obvious hoaxes but spares everyone else from giving needless attention to people who are clearly seeking it. And when you feed into these same people, they will come back for more because they KNOW they can get it.
It's time to stop treating every single thing that gets said on the internet as a grave and serious threat. Brianna is free to feel threatened as she is the target but let's not pretend for a second that a comment getting downvoted to -18 at the time isn't indicative of another problem altogether: people are getting way too riled up way too easily. Your post, for example. That's the real fucking tragedy, imho.
He's been downvoted about 20 times because god forbid anyone take 30 seconds to use the Google search and immediately discredit something. I don't know who you are, Ghazi-guy, but I like the cut of your gib.
Whilst I'm there, here's some other highlights:
Bonus points for them stopping short of Arthur Chu's "Black People Who Disagree With Me Are Uncle Toms" spiel by calling Oliver Campbell "Gamergate's token black friend" and them making the Escapist's firing of ideologues out to be a heroic exodus of the oppressed against transphobic individuals because one of its staffers took a pot-shot at the fake-transgenderism sweeping Tumblr.
Watching Ghazi is fricking weird, by the way. They react
much slower, but much
bigger, to anything that happens. On KiA or /gamergate/, you have a fucking storm of new content every day, constant tiny updates that individually are very small but in aggregate add up to big shit. When the habbendings occur, they're shit that's been a long time coming. On Ghazi, literal days can go by without a new topic posting, only for said topic to explode when it only
just now becomes relevant.
It's curious, however, how rarely BriWu posts on Ghazi, however. I swear, she literally uses no outlet
but her Twitter.
FYI, some info about
Revolution 60's new models leaked today thanks to Wu. She's actually completely redoing the outfits; Holiday's looks like actual body armor now. Props to her for the improvements, but everyone who saw
Revolution 60's Greenlight page knows the
real reason this is happening: Because hundreds of people called out Holiday's outfit for being a palette-swap of Miranda Lawson's.
