No, but she posted a TRO. Those aren't quite pro forma, but since they're just to keep the peace for a few days before a hearing, usually pretty easy to get. It almost doesn't matter whether Jace is real, because even if he is, he's a known lolcow of no threat to anyone. But if he's a complete fake, she's at best an idiot.

If Wu herself is a fake (and there could be real fun in pushing this idea regardless of the facts), it would explain a lot of things. For instance, not even trying to look female makes sense. If you're just a performance artist, why would you do HRT and irreversible stuff? After all, part of the point of the joke is how crude and stupid a ruse has to be before people fall for it. Why actually make a real game? If you deliver an E.T. the Extraterrestrial level piece of shit, and get idiots to support it, the ruse is all the better.
