I recently had a revelation/ no shit Sherlock moment a couple of days in regards to Brianna Wu and Revolution 60.
I was cruising around Youtube at work, procrastinating to the best of my abilities when I came across a video
about the making of the Ace Attorney series. In it, they talk about how the director of the game series stated that working on the space limitations of the cartridges the games were made on at the time, and how those restrictions forced the creators and developers to be more creative with what they had.
Like a sperg, I immediately thought our good friend Wu and how she seems to think exactly the opposite. She doesn't understand this concept and instead seems to believe that slapping more shit on top of something makes it better. Her graphical overhaul of Holiday was just throwing on some N7 armor with negligible changes to the character's actual physical apearance. Her graphical overhaul of the game is just drenching the stages in blaringly loud colored lights instead of actually fixing the piss poor backgrounds or tightening up anything. She is already trying to talk big about bigger projects while in fact she hasn't even shown she is able to release a single PC game, let alone a port of a mobile game.
All she knows how to do is throw money at things and delude herself and her withering cadre of minions that buying more computers and buying more overpriced techy-shit makes her somehow a better game dev.
