More often than not, when people complain about hardware limitations and their game doesn't have super high end graphics, it's because they're being horribly inefficient with the game engine. For instance, using the "best" version of something for collision detection or animation that's way more computationally expensive but is unnecessary for that particular game. Or like using high poly models with complex facial animation rigs meant for closeups on characters 200 feet away. Given how she is about using extremely large textures, I wouldn't be surprised if she did some really crazy shit with the rest of the game. She's a bit like Chris when he said his art was on the same calibur as professional comic book artists.
