When people want guidance on empathy, their first thought is to turn to a rich racist white male sociopath named John Walker Flynt, a man who lives off his husband's six-figure salary.John, just say it: "I'm always right and everyone who disagrees with me is automatically wrong."

Wu's problem is that she can't keep her story straight. She flipflops a lot and says what she thinks the right thing to say is at that moment.Isn't this kind of the whole idea behind the Paragon/Renegade system of Mass Effect? You know, the one in which Wu says her choices are always Renegade (Cruel)?
I honestly believe that Wu really reveals a lot about herself without realizing it, simply by never shutting the hell up and thinking before saying something. There's definitely a broken filter between her brain and twitter finger.
Let's look for some consistency in Wu's ideas.Isn't this kind of the whole idea behind the Paragon/Renegade system of Mass Effect? You know, the one in which Wu says her choices are always Renegade (Cruel)?

At first glance, I thought this conversation was about a leaked screenshot showing new character customization option for Revolution 60, with draggable sliders for each body part ranging from "feminist-approved" to "VERY HOT." In fact, I'm going to continue imagining that this is what actually happened.I need a really strong drink so I can purge this from my memory.

If that was a dude with neon aviators, fake tan, and affliction hoodie it'd be sexist and weird. If it was a dude with an anime avatar you'd block him from your feed before you have to die of 2nd hand embarrassment again.I need a really strong drink so I can purge this from my memory.

This is a recurring topic of bullshitting by John, as is almost everything he writes.Of all the pretences of being a big shot she puts up, this one is by far the dumbest:

It's an event a week from now. Your company has three people in it, one possibly imaginary. You control all the money. Everyone who has a calendar has it on their computer and synced with their phone, checkable at a glance. How are you pretending you don't know what events you're going to? Fake it 'til you make it doesn't apply if faking it makes you look patently ridiculous.
Three days ago: John isn't sure, asks "Natalie" and "Natalie" never replied. Good thing "Natalie" is one of John's many imaginary friends and employees, otherwise it would be odd to make over $2,000 per month and completely blow off inquiries from "her" "boss".
