From what I can determine, it is the police who serve an order like this. Obviously personally serving it is not a great idea. So presumably, if everything was done normally, Jace would be served with this by now. Let's just say it would be peculiar for it not to be served.

So whatever happens tomorrow, the TRO will expire. Whether there will then be some form of preliminary injunction taking its place depends on what happens.

I really wouldn't be surprised at any of a number of outcomes, i.e. Brianna Wu doesn't show up, Jace doesn't show up, etc. It's really up to the parties. I could easily see Wu pulling a stunt like deliberately failing to serve Jace then claiming he was, though part of the reason to have the police serve things like this is to prevent just such shenanigans.

I'm really confused about the first tweet. What is she outraged about? Who gives a shit if Brennan bought a domain mentioned in the episode?

In general, the way Wu talks about this episode is really strange. I'm not entirely convinced she understands that the people in her television set are actors playing pretend.
 
A rich white dude picks an online fight with a mentally ill 'sperger in redneck country and a handicapped dude in a motorized wheelchair and he is the good guy because (apparently) he now has tits. I'm not smart enough to understand the nuances of Social Justice.

She's referring to the fact that someone - presumably hotwheels - registered redchan.it and made it redirect to 8ch.net, today, presumably in response to last night's SVU.

There may well be a post on /meta/ confirming or denying whether it was done by hotwheels, someone else, or whatever, I dunno, cba to go check.
 
She's like Jace with vidya. You know, how they're based on real events, like how they made CoD plotlines by being in cahoots with the Pentagon and getting like super triple top secret classified intel from the pentagon and changing the names, but the story actually happened IRL.

Wu is still butthurt that months ago a tiny cripple in a wheelchair verbally beat her worse than her plastic surgeon did. She is determined to wreck his life in the only way she knows how: publicly screaming about how he's a rapist terrorist pederast who slowly wheels away from the Keystone Cops with his middle finger up.

And Brennan did buy the redchan.it domain, because the L&O episode last night was hilarious. The same L&O episode Wu claims she DIDN'T watch because it would trigger her too bad since she is literally living that life right now.

That's what gets me; she specifically says it goes to an employee, not the employees. I'll play devil's advocate here and say she didn't mean it, but if you take the autists like us who will pick apart your every word, and add a sentence that can be misconstrued in a variety of ways, you're kinda asking for hell.

How big is Giant Asspat the game company supposed to be again? Like, Wu, her husband, and maybe four actual game coders? "Employee of the Month" shit really doesn't work when there's a miniscule pool of people to draw from and if they slack off...oh, right, this is the same shithole that R60 got shat out of, slacking was the MO for the 4 years of development there.

Actually, I think she's trying to be subtle with an attempt to get interest for R60 on its original platforms by mentioning "updates" for the game at some later point.

As you point out, this is a simple enough question that could have been handled internally, but posting in a place she knows is being watched by a crapload of people? Has to be trying to garner attention for some reason and the updates hint is the only angle I'm currently getting on that.

As disgusting as it is to see her fuck with Jace, it's equally disgusting to see what she does to a crippled man. I have to imagine this is why moot caved into the SJWs demands regarding GG and eventually quit running the site. If moot had put up any resistance, he would be the one getting fucked right now.
