How long until Sonic's arm color change makes it on there? That's a crime against humanity right there, far more than those fucking Puritans being catty because a bunch of girls decided to fuck with their heads our of boredom*.

*Of the eight girls who kickstarted those trials, only one ever sought forgiveness for the false accusations she made and got a couple dozen people killed

Wu is desperately trying to get any support she can on twitter in an attempt to counter all the down-votes. Apparently playing the victim for months on major news media outlets can't counter a bunch of pissed off gamers on the internet.

Although I guess the votes don't directly decide if a game gets greenlit, just gauges general interest. It's the amount of yes votes that determine it.

It gets better. I've compiled a highlight reel:

* A battery of SJWs are tearing Rev60 to shreds over its sexist character models.
Unknown whether legit or concern troll. Don't care either way, either; it's hilarious.

* A dev offers to show Wu how to use shader options.
Nothing need be said.

* An excellent question: Why no gameplay trailer?

* Some Wu-supporter gets schooled by actual gamers regarding why the game's being panned.

* And my personal favorite: A declaration that this game is a clone of Space Channel 5. FYI, when I first saw it, I thought the exact same thing.

Wu can't win either way. The second R60 goes up on steam, it's going to be utterly fucking ripped apart to its core. The last thing she actually would want is people who know Steam's inner workings backwards and forwards, since if the game had to be adapted to fit into the steam network, those people will abuse the fuck out of those adaptions and extract everything they need.

And then the SFM parodies once the 3D models are extracted and converted will be legendary.

I long for the inevitable crossover with Gone Home.

R60 x Gone Home X Depression Quest X whatever that shitty phone call center job sim was called.

Though to be fair, I still can't get over how SJWs are just fucking destroying R60. Don't they know who the person who claims to have done 100% more work than she actually did on this game is?

The Joker said:
See, their morals, their... Code... It's a bad joke. And it's dropped at the first sign of trouble. They're only as good as the world allows them to be. I'll show you - when the chips are down, these.... Uh... "civilized" people..? They'll eat each other. See, I'm not a monster... I'm just ahead of the curve.

Whilst the Joker's quote here is mostly directed at his belief that human nature is ultimately self-serving, in the case of the so-called SJWs, it's all a front. They feed off one another, but only to a point. If one gets too strong through anything other than victimhood, they immediately revert to crabs in a bucket mentality. And so it is with Brianna Wu and company.

Though one post I read brings up an interesting point:

Based on the graphical quality, the cliche ridden script, the effects, the boring combat mechanics and boring, stiff character character designs I see nothing I want in this game.

That said I've upvoted it anyways because if it dies in Greenlight it'll be #GamerGate's fault and I'd rather see it fail to sell on the market than be scapegoated over a game people don't like or want.

Now, I stopped paying attention to the GG bullshit months ago, so I could care less about who gets blamed for what. What would be interesting, however, is seeing the game officially fail on Steam. It's one thing for a community to say "this looks bad" and another thing for them to actually experience the game (the NEW & IMPROVED version no less) and say "this is still bad". Wu seems to be riding on the PC port as R60's ticket to gaming success. If (when) it fails to impress Wu won't be able to use the excuse of a limited mobile market anymore.

Of course I'd expect her to find something to blame other than the fact that R60 is a bad game, that's what makes her a lolcow. But a slew of negative, in-depth reviews of the game from people who actually played the damn thing would be hard to ignore from an outside perspective. It doesn't build a good reputation.

Still, the last thing Wu needs is more money. So that's a good reason to hope it doesn't get past the Greenlight stage.

Or maybe it's just a shit game.

I look forward to the innevitable news reports about this:

"GamerGate attacks Brianna Wu's game by downvoting it on steam".
And it all comes full circle.

What makes this especially delicious, though, is the fact there are SJWs who are downvoting this game for its damn near blinding sexual exploitation of women even though Wu has claimed multiple times that it is the opposite. The news networks say that Pro-GGs didn't get R60 greenlighted? The SJWs will explode at how the media is giving Pro-GG credit for doing the thing that SJWs have been trying to mainstream through mass censorship.

Or, God forbid, the SJWs realize one of their figureheads has been against them from the start and, ironically, see eye-to-eye with GG on something for a change.

The game will get slightly more attention and will then be downloaded by thousands of unaware gamers.
they will then see how shit the game is and then start downvoting it even more.
Brianna Wu is eventually going to be associated with the likes of Edwood and Tommy Wiseau.
While Tommy Wiseau and Edwood are passionate about their interest in media, Brianna Wu dislikes the media she's involved in and lets criticism get to the best of him.

Brianna is having an absolute goddamn meltdown on twitter right now at all the MEAN AND HURTFUL things people are saying. KiA has already discovered that she had been trying to delete comments from the greenlight page, but I think the flood of negative attention is too great for her to manage and she's too [TRIGGERED] with [SENSORY OVERLOAD] to do anything at all.

What's that? When you spend six months shrieking insanities and pissing off even your own allies, bad fortune may follow you? Who knew!

And now, Revolution 60 joins the ranks of Earth Year 2066 and Air Control.
