Using sock puppet accounts to pledge money to himself. Since Patreon takes a cut he receives less from himself than he donates but is too vain to stop. Either that or it's just his favorite Pay2Win game at the moment.
 
There's also reciprocal pledging, where members of the various Rat Kings essentially pass money back and forth between each other each month, less Patreon's cut. I don't know if Wu's actually got enough friends left to be doing that, though.

The fact Wu's Patreon income has been steadily decreasing kind of destroys Chloe's "you stole my supporters" argument.

I love Chloe meltdowns. You forget how many of them there have been until you try to give someone else a tl;dr on Chloe and hunting down links reminds you of that she's in a league of her own when it comes to batshit.

But the patreon is still there, is not there be supposed to be a "this user has been suspended/banned" or something?

It's not just still there but you can still get to the donation page. Chloe probably just got an email telling her that if she used Patreon to abuse and threaten others she could lose her account.
