sure he can. All he has to do to file a claim is show he has rights over distribution. the funding of the project is legally irrelevant.

I'm literally offering people the option to pirate a game they cannot buy or play and most likely will never be able to do so again. There's still one version of the game avaliable for purchase on the iTunes store. Not quite abandonware yet.

Rate me optimistic, but I hope this is going to lead to either the mother of all spergouts on twitter or the actual release of a completely and utterly broken piece of shit game on Steam.

As long as this just doesn't fade into obscurity, it'll be really fucking neat-o.

Edit: Though the guy making that page is a bit dubious, after all he chose to remain anonymous, which might just mean he's just a random guy stirring up some shit. But if this is the real deal, it's gonna be awesome.
 
Can you get thrown in prison for a kickstarter scam? Maybe this will be ending saga for John Flynt.

The last time someone complained about Kickstarter delays Brianna demanded the guy's personal information. Wu has a long history of trying to run the careers/reputations of those she disagrees with so staying anonymous is a very good decision.

Does it matter? If he really was a backer, then I imagine he's now filled with regret. If he wasn't, he still got a huge rise out of Johnny.
