Wait, an extremely poor high school?

This is from the same individual who claimed their parents bought them a Japanese PSX development console years before it even existed. Overlooking that chonological existence problem, it would still cost a fucking lot since it was Japan-only IIRC and nobody in the US had ever heard of it when it did exist.

According to Wu's own lies, somehow their parents bought them an advanced-for-that-period video game development hardware device...but couldn't afford to send their kid to anything but the worst public school in the state? The fuck is the logic behind that, did the Wu parentals mortgage their whole house to pay for that fucking PSX because of time travel taxes or some impossible bullshit that would be outlandish even on Fringe?

Obviously the truth is far more simple - we know Flynt was born to old money and burned money on drugs and the failed SOCCON studio, so no question his high schooling was at something far more upper class, possibly even private schooling, but certainly not even on the level of the typical suburban high school complex.

Wu loves to bounce back and forth between claiming she had a rough life in a backwards little hick town full of poverty and racism, and claiming she grew up as a filthy ritch bad boy in a fancy Jesus freak private school who used her parents' money to scam people and run around being buck wild. The reality is she was probably some geeky weeb kid who had a very privileged lifestyle that tried to use his family's wealth to get into the popular circle.

Hey, those taxes are outlandish, especially if you fuck up and bring back technology you're not supposed to. It's a 50% fee ontop of the usual taxes, man.

I'd say it was a combo. Private education to try and raise him up to a decent standard and thus maybe hit an Ivy League Uni. That obviously failed miserably as he then went in to UMass as a Legacy Entry and he failed that.

One thing I do stand in awe of Brianna is the sheer scale of her optimism. She's been burnt by the sun at least three times now, but she still keeps strapping on a new set of wings to hurl herself upwards on the next crazy scheme.
 
So according to that bullshit, Holiday doesn't work for Chessboard at the time.

Does that take place after the game, where Holiday might die? Or does it take place before the game, and Holiday is reinstated before going on the N313 mission?
