I would recommend writing the review, get ready to post and refund, and do both at the same time.

This sounds like lawsuit material. Especially since this game has been kickstarted. Can she actually do this?

In fairness, those environmental textures do look better than the iOS version so that's some improvement I guess? I mean it's hard to have worse textures than the iOS version but improvement is improvement.

I'd bet on those textures not being his work though. I'm guessing samples from the SDK (full disclosure, no idea if the UE4 SDK comes with sample textures), because of the minimum effort required.

Also, jesus christ where is the light on her face coming from? The light sources I can see are on the sides, so I can only assume an invisible LED bar intended for a trophy truck is sitting about 5 inches from the front of her face.
