Do they still wonder why nobody takes them seriously?

KIA alternates between being more Autistic than Chris and horrifyingly spot-on.

Pretty good synopsis of Gamergate as a whole, now that I stop and think about it, but god bless the weaponized autism and the sheer volume of lolcowery it brought us.

Fuck, it's so enraging. I really hate that she has managed to spill off the internet. Being featured on SyFy? This is taking her bullshit to a whole new level.

She obviously fed herself, so forgive me for suggesting it was GamerGate that did it. It's just absurd that it has gotten this far.

SyFy is kind of shit these days and it bears mentioning Wu didn't even warrant a full episode - they share one with a guy whose sob story is that he bragged about pissing on people's food and caught karmic backlash.

And in truth, Wu's time in any kind of limelight is fleeting. Remember how big they were about that SVU episode and how it was about them, only to immediately doubleback when the episode finally aired and was utterly craptacular? Hell, Wu's only relevance to GG was having played the privilege card and gotten several corrupt journalism sites to praise R60 while also playing the "female dev" card in light of the Depression Quest shitstorm, vaulting themselves into a figurehead position where repeating the rhetoric and opposing people with normal hair colors was all you needed to be a card carrying SJW leader.

Here we are, one year later, and Wu is struggling to even stay relevant as everything has been ruined. It was a check Wu will never cash by saying they would improve R60 and release it on PC/steam, yet it's been weeks since the last given due date and the original R60 was pulled from the market so it's as if Wu was never in the game development role in the first place as we all know they neither helped construct any of the game's code nor has the patience to learn how (since Wu paid for people to learn UE3 so they wouldn't have to). News outlets eager to talk to Wu now won't even give Wu the time of day since the SJWs lost the public media appeal war hard. Ghazi outright ostracized Wu for supporting Capitalism. The only pieces of Wu's history that have not come to light is the childhood of John Walker Flynt before college, everything else up to the gender and name change is nailed down short of getting that mysteriously elusive legal document.

And despite Twitter being full of cocksuckers at Wu's beck and call, people who actually understand market economics (read: not Wu) can tell that system's current trajectory is going to french kiss the ground at mach speed.

What does this mean? Well...
I met a traveller from an antique land
Who said: "Two vast and trunkless legs of stone
Stand in the desert. Near them, on the sand,
Half sunk, a shattered visage hairline lies, whose frown,
And wrinkled lip, and sneer snarl of cold command,
Tell that its sculptor well those passions read
Which yet survive, stamped on these lifeless things,
The hand that mocked them and the heart that fed:
And on the pedestal these words appear:
'My name is Ozymandias, king of kings Brianna Wu, Tranny Godzilla of Tech Feminists:
Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!'
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare
The lone and level sands stretch far away."

Shelley is doing a grave barrel-roll.

Doesn't SyFy have that Expanse show? I've long since abandoned cable television, but I thought they were doing good with stuff like Sharknado or whatever. I dunno, maybe it's really not that big of a deal.

Either way, Wu exists. That sucks.

I personally couldn't even get through the first episode of Expanse - For something with admittedly excellent set design and CGI it was fucking boring as hell. Felt like it was trying to be the next Babylon 5 except, y'know, every single thing that made Babylon 5 good to the point I had no motivation to see the plot continue past the halfway point.

And while Sharknado is not remotely the pinacle of quality writing, at least it's entertaining fiction of a sort.

HTIRML, though? Nothing but a reality TV series about people whining about how being jerks on the internet had predictable results.

The last SyFy show I watched was Defiance. And that shit was the absolute worst. Watched like 6 episodes and got so fed up with it.

I'm not surprised to hear The Expanse is doing badly. It's just odd. "Game of Thrones in space"? Too good to be true.

I still think the fact that Wu had to share an episode with a guy who pissed into Taco Bell nachos is hilarious. That and seeing Jace and Tyce together again in the same place was priceless.

General consensus is that it's the most entertaining thing Brianna Wu's ever made.

Lol people still think we're the Encyclopedia Dramatica forums
Lol people can't read the rules of the site that specifically state "NO TROLLING PLANS"
Lol people think we're as bad as the Encyclopedia Dramatica forums or any of the chans
General consensus is that it's the most entertaining thing Brianna Wu's ever made.
How is it not? It shows how desperate Wu wants fame with little to no work, and how willing he is to lie to millions for pity.
This is basically his tweets in live-action, with a crew and budget, that will be broadcasted to thousands of people....who will only care for about 2 weeks.

Flynt/Wu and his fellow travelers are helping to destroy Twitter. SyFy is on life support. Revolution 60 was a financial disaster. Is Flynt/Wu associated in any way with anything that is successful?
"Revolution 60 was a financial disaster"
Maybe Wu is holding Rev60 from the public because he fears the backlash he'll get from everyone.
The ratings will be "Mostly negative", he'll get shit on by all kinds of steam reviewers, weens will link to Wu's ED page, not to mention the shady shit that every failed Steam game publisher DIGITAL HOMICIDE pulls after getting criticism.

Lol, economic issue. Yes, I can picture it:

CEO 1: "Hey, do you think some random ghoul tranny appearing on some shitty third-rate TV show is going to hurt our public image, and ulitimately our HR and bottom line?"

CEO 2: "No."

Also got late to the Deagle Nation rememberance hype. The Commander still lives on our online and offline souls :heart-full::1: :deagleleft::jace::deagle::1::heart-full:

If Brianna used all the time spent at conventions, speaking engagements, and TV productions/reports to work on Revolution 60, the damn port would have been done like a month ago.

So Wu managed to get on cable, and he ended up sharing the episode with a guy who pissed in nachos and showed the world just how much of a joke he is.

Well Wu, in the the words of someone very dear to me:
Owned :1::deagleleft::jace::deagle::1:

Here comes that 'Farmville Facebookers are real gamers' stat that hangs around Flynt like stink on a hog.
