Socialist farmers are closer to Natsocs/Nazbols than whatever passes for "Socialism" in coastal cities today. They love religion, they love their community, hate immigration, hate coastal elites and often 'intellectuals' like academics and journos too.

This is just from personal experience but all the farming socialists here are basically aligned with MAGApedes ideologically (though they'd probably say Trump is a cuckold for Israel/big business/elites/pharma/whatever their pet issue is) or are the local flavor of crazy radical, Hawaiian Separatists, making them strongly racialist and anti-global and not acceptable for the current elites. Beyond that the tiny minority of hippies and Hare Krishnas probably hate Xander's type for other reasons.

This Infrared guy has some kind of Diogenes style simpleton-philosopher type thing going on that is a million times more entertaining than the doughy white middle class midwit ooze that currently occupies the left wing political zeitgeist on youtube. Seems like a man you could have a beer with and not have to worry about him taking something you said out of context and prancing over to twitter to whine like a limpwrist about how problematic you were to scrounge up that e-clout they're all so addicted to. Dude is still a nut, but all tankies are so nothing out of the ordinary there.

That's something really interesting about Ancient Greece how many of these current thoughts we are still discussing today have their roots as far back as some freemen in ancient Athens getting together and just pondering these ideals. Haz really seems like a funny kind of a guy though, does not give a fuck if he says something that is "problematic" or grossly incorrect, he never concedes because he thinks might make right, even when defending the actions of the Pol Pot regime which is utter lunacy. I mean China has experienced a great level of success through what they built under socialism otherwise they wouldn't have a well educated and highly trained workforce with an industry to do business with world markets. It is by all definitions an economic miracle achieved through a combination of authoritarian state planning and wild capitalism. But people like Haz don't see the contradiction when Chinese citizens are massacred in Tiannamen Square while singing the Internationalle which is the socialist rallying cry for solidarity and emancipatory freedom from tyranny. He'd probably call these demonstrators urban intellectuals and idealists who deserved it. There is sadly some truth that tankies and Maoists understand that your ideas at the end of the day are only as good as your arsenal and raw power to back them up.
It is why democracy is the better system, though it needs some kind of sortition (lottery based system) like in Athens to get random ass ordinary people inside the halls of power to vote like a form of jury duty but for government. Even the Athenians knew back in 400 BC you need some ordinary people in the halls of power to effectively break up entrenched power interests and cliques

Did we watch the same debate? Demon mama had some of the most insufferable debating tactics i have ever seen. Gishgalloping, talking down to leopirate and being dismissve of studies beacuse of the headline. I couldnt even watch 30 minutes without getting pissed at this creature. The entire time he was so fucking dishonest, with him constantly trying to nitpick arguments to no effect. Asking stuff like if he belives in sience?

What the fuck does that even mean? I dont believe in sience more then as tool that can be used to understand the world around us. But sience can be manipulated like everything else, but for some people like demonmama its clearly a religion. The entire time Leo was calm and rational while the creature was sperging out.

Remember that communists have the tendency to completly tear eachother apart over any slight disagreement, but more importantly, they are both Arabs, the only thing you need to do in order to make them scream at eachother is ask them about whether Sunii or Shia are the correct forms of interpreting Islam, OR, just ask them about their opinion on Israel.

I agree with your assessment. I think you misunderstood me. I am a far leftist and I should agree with demon mama but insufferable debate tactics etc make me root for the other guy.
