I'm not optimistic about that. Since the 2010s each convulsion of the mob has gotten progressively worse, to the point where we went from a week or so of rioting in one city to an entire summer of rioting, occupations of private property, and several hundred deaths in cities across the entire country.
Summer 2020 was in the middle of the economic crash from the pandemic which made it a lot worse. Now states are opening up again the economic triggers for chaos are less. I'd be surprised if this summer is as bad as the last one was.
