I thought Guitan was going in a brand new direction and stuff, this just looks like his same old shit, even the background is the same. He's not even doing anything with the "professor" concept. What a boring faggot.

Sir Pratchett did leave us too soon but at least the great mighty above did spare him of his legacy dying in the hands of these loons or Alzheimer's getting the best of him.
Well back to analyzing the deeper meanings and political discourse of Peppa Pig. After all the cunt is used as propaganda for the Labour Party.

Any sign of this happening? Because I'm pretty sure they don't exist.

Either Jimmy is a two faced dipshit, or a genuinely confused man disillusioned by Bernie flaking the nomination.

I'm kind of curious onto how the concept of intersectionality plays into Jewish identity. One of the most profoundly baffling things you will encounter with these speds is when they bring up Jewish people. Traditionally, the "Jewish Question" pertains to the status of minority Jewish groups within any given country. Part of this stems from traditions Jewish people have, both ethnic and religious that can alienate them to their host community (the story of exodus and repeated persecutions/expulsions as examples.)

However, the closest thing that I've seen to a coherent narrative ( for them at least), is that the Jewish Question pertains to a conspiracy theory the Jews run all monetary systems and media and that they must be exterminated. Interestingly enough Marx himself had quite a few things to say about Jewish identity.

Breadtube in general, would seem to have a pretty large racial (self) hatred towards whites, which generally give them a pretty open pass to have anti-Zionist tendencies, framing the "white" Israelis persecuting the POC Palestinians. I just wonder what kind of mental gymnastics one must go through to believe all aspects of ones identity intersect to form their life experiences but at the same time just throw that out the window if even it might even hint at what might be perceived as antisemitism.

A lot of the time they definitely look anti-Semitic and only really care if it's ammunition. They've all been strangely silent on the Antisemitism in the UK Labour party. There's endless bitching about Israel's human rights issues and then go strangely silent if it's any other country. Saudi Arabia and the UK arm's deals get much less attention that Israel. And the UK Government isn't even funding israel like America does.

Breadtubers are not the most reflexive people I’ve encountered, becoming a successful “influencer” on mediums like Youtube and Twitch is essentially antithetical to the kind of laborious efforts that are necessary to have a meaningful opinion. I think it was @Rekkington who pointed out in another thread that Destiny and/or Vaush approach debates in the same manner as a speed runner approaches his games, that was probably the most insightful aside I've ever read on a messageboard in a long time.

In my experience I’ve encountered antisemitism in primairly two venues: academia and imageboards. Higher Education is a pretty fucked up industry and I’ve come to detest it, but I have to say that the only antisemitism I’ve encountered there was from people who’d be labeled as part of the radical left, typically by people working in departments that include “area studies”. One African American professor I knew obstinately insisted that Jewish boys celebrate their bar mitzvah because that is when they get circumcised and Jewish girls who celebrate their bat mitzvah get a clitoridectomy. He did this in a class about racism in America and when a Jewish student challenged him on this he doubled down like a sped in front of everyone in an incredibly cringey manner. The end result was that same professor got formally disciplined via an Equal Opportunity complaint.

It was that kind of clumsy antisemitism that characterizes what I saw in the academy. There was a great deal of difficulty in trying to parse the differences between a religion (Judaism), a multifaceted ethnicity (Jewishness), and a political state (Israel), and it was all blended together. So an honest critique about Zionism would suddenly morph into a grand theory of oppression by wealthy white jews drunk on the chauvinism of their yarmulke.

Interestingly enough, the more conservative a scholar was in the American context, the more appreciative of Jews and their traditions they became. These kind of academics were usually found in Philosophy or Classical studies, fields based heavily on reading texts with emphasis on ancient languages and doing translations. Jewish history has a strong emphasis on learning that produced a lot of prolific thinkers and so people who spend their time reading and translating Classical Arabic find figures like Saadia Gaon very appealing, people with interests in Renaissance Magicians of Europe get drawn into the the hermetic traditions preserved in the Kabbalah, and those who focus on Early Christianity get drawn into studying Mishnah for insights into 2nd Temple Judaism, and on and on.

(I should add that people above whom I’ve labeled “conservative” are the kind of conservatives detested by those who fall under the umbrella term of dissident right or otherwise associated with it. They are “cucked” and/or otherwise compromised by Jewish influence.)

The antisemitism (when authentic) of the imageboards is way more visceral than in the academy, but has more coherence to it. There is this really strange inverse where the ostensibly educated progressive is more likely to get a basic fact about Judaism wrong while affirming the historical reality of the Holocaust while the shitposting /pol/lock will get the basic facts about Judaism correct but go on to argue the Holocaust was manufactured for the purpose of advancing Jewish supremacy. It is really disorienting to encounter both within a short timespan of each other.

All that being said, Breadtubers typically adopt simplistic templates of analysis you’d find in a basic literature course and then fit that template over any piece of media. Think of it like a conceptual assembly line, they do some rote performances to produce a “critique” and then go on to explain their critique as if something meaningful transpired. It is tantamount to someone learning a few basic card tricks, dressing up in a costume, then heading down to the local park and performing these tricks to an unsuspecting public. They look and sound like amateur shitheads but understand themselves to be cutting edge street performers pushing the boundary between reality and illusion.

The type of person who consumes the videos of breadtube are not going to read Karl Marx’s essay ‘On The Jewish Question’ and they are going to be completely ignorant of Bruno Bauer and Ludwig Feuerbach. They won’t understand the context of the German Confederation or the Kingdom of Prussia and what was meant by emancipation and the evolving role of the state. They don’t consume that kind of media, they need to be entertained by mentally ill performers and have their hands held as they are being walked to the desired conclusion.

Ya'll is a southern USA term, a lot of breadtube and twitter use it. White people appropriating black and southern culture again I see.

Where he just brushes over Antisemitism in Labour. Because it only counts when right-wingers do it. And no matter how left-wing the policies of an Anti-Semite, they're always right-wing.

Antisemitism in the Labour Party was mentioned and discussed twice: first, about 16 minutes in and then again at about 37 minutes. And at around the 32 minute mark, Marx's anti-Semitic essay, "On the Jewish Question" was also discussed.

Marx's anti-Semitic essay, "On the Jewish Question" was also discussed.
it's not anti semitic though
marx himself was a jew, and the jewish question was widely acknowledged and discussed among jews at the time

subtitle: "an attempt at a modern solution to the jewish question", written by herzl himself (one of the founding figures of modern zionism)
