It'll definitely be an OD/ alcohol poisoning. I never thought he would do it willingly. Didn't he clinically die with his last hospital visit? And then goes right back to boozing. I hope the wife takes for him as much as possible.

His tolerance is so high that I don't see alcohol poisoning doing him in, but definitely some sort of shit where he's blacked out and walks into traffic, or mostly his organs shutting down. The bloat he has going now is his body not able to expel alcohol. His liver and kidneys are on their last legs.

Goddamn I love Nick and Adam’s imitations of Bam’s voice.The clip of Vinny trying to start a "Fuck Cumtown" chant is pretty funny. For a little background, Vinny Beedle is a failed comedian, turned manager. After Bam burned out his last manager, Vinny took over.
The previous person that Vinny "helped" and "managed" was Artie Lange.
The gist with Cumtown is that Vinny and Bam went on the podcast and it was a disaster. Bam was really fucked up and cut it short. Later that night, Bam got arrested and started his whole rehab adventures up again.
Later, because all Vinny cares about is making it in comedy. So he went back on the podcast himself.
