Yeah Helmet Gangsters are a collection of disparate students from various schools, most of them seem to be expelled students. They seem to have a horizontal leadership structure since pretty much the only thing you have to do to become a Helmet Gangster is to don a helmet obviously and they are centered around multiple gangs, with Rabu's being one of the larger gangs.
 
From what I get, Sukeban seems to have a centralized leadership with every sukebans treating Akemi (the buff woman and one of the 7 prisoner) as their big sis. They have nearly the same aesthetic (long skirt, grey japanese schoolgirl uniform) making it look like they're just one big gang with uniformity.

Helmet gangs, meanwhile, felt a bit more decentralized? They don't really have like, a specific head figure and instead its several gangs with helmets amassed into one when needed. Rabu and her gang likely being one such gang and their sprites made it clear that you have some specific group like black helmets or red helmets, etc.

Helmet Gang seems to be the large one, since they have multiple gangs converging into one for specific events (the Helmet Gang meeting/Beach event during Arius summer event) while Sukebans are the smaller one with not much known about their size, but seems confident enough to try fighting the Helmet gangs in their turf. (granted, it was kind of part of Smuggy plan + Akemi, but still)
 
Going from zero to 32k pyro since last Fest, I'm kind of feeling daring to spend up to one spark for the imminent limited magical girls. But maybe that will put me at too much of a risk regarding the four new students of next Fest, even with the 100 free pulls.

Next Fes event ("Decagrammaton-FES"/5th Fes) would be happening around roughly June with the FES unit banners (B.Aris, Kei and reruns of Kuroko and B.Hoshino) being like, late June (depending on acceleration).

If you wanted to spark for anyone in this set of banners purely from a gameplay perspective I would recommend M.Reisa if only because she does see some use in other content that isn't Yesod. M.Suzumi is cute and also pretty core for Yesod and I haven't heard her get used in anything other than him. Also I'm biased towards Reisa.

Where'd you get the Arona dashboard toy?

I finally broke into the ability to farm Purple leveling books, so that makes getting through the 80s - 90s easier. Amazing how much exp 5 purple books give.

Got around to leveling S.Hiyori - I spent a bunch of my Arius stuff on getting her skills up... Boy howdy is she great. I was struggling to get three stars on the Shupogaki train fight and she dropped them in two uses of her EX skill.

Sadly I don't have enough Pyros for the event so I'll have to pass. It's okay though, they'll come around again someday.

it's shoori, most likely he's either got his sources or he went to korea/japan to get it since i'm not seeing anything in amiami

I hope I won't have to completely blow my load on Tuesday as I want both Sooz and the gremlin. I also hope I'll get Kisaki here because I'm tired of always having to borrow her.
 
God SRKR can be a bitch sometimes, I don't know what kind of luck I had but I cleared blue Insane just now with only 1 team, Kuroko's invulnerability was like a second away from expiring but she managed to hold on long enough to kill the nigga ass crow.

I'm trying out red Torment tomorrow cause I have a pretty good D. Hina with 9200+ ATK and decent supports, but if I can't beat it then I'm gonna hope you don't need a Torment clear to be plat in NA

Okay, I just reminded myself that the probability of getting the rate-up student in the 200 pulls before spark is 75%. Not going to do any more math than that, but there does appear to be some risk of failing to get six new students with around 500-600 pyro pulls, 100 free pulls, and accrued sparks. However, it also appears to me that every banner (setting aside recent new students and the Miku/Railgun collabs) has had at least one rerun, so if I miss a student, I'll have another chance to spark for her in the future.

But another however, while I was looking over the banner history, it appears that the number of new limited students each year has increased from 8-9 to 12 since the game's start. Each year we can now expect two Fes events with four new limited students each and two regular events with two new limited students each. I've been getting every limited student on f2p since the beginning with some pyro left over for regular banners on occasion, but I'm afraid I might not be able to keep up on the new limited student releases anymore...
 
If you need to think if you want to pull on a banner, then might as well YOLO it and pull anyways. Not like the game has some massive skill gates once you get to high levels. Embrace the gacha and pull for your favourite students.

At 170 mark got Reisa finally. At least no dreaded double spark. Continued to predictable spark for Suzumi.

Edit: Next banners are Idol Mary and S Hoshino, would have gladly invested on sports Mari and Yuuka, S Ui and D Michiru but next Fest will be a bloodbath with pulling all 5 units.

I got Reisa with my first few 10 pull tickets I had saved up and then tried my luck further (bad idea) and ended up sparking for Suzumi. The only pulls between Reisa and Suzumi that I got were dupes of Maid Aris and Casual Sena and then 1 new unit being S.Moe.

The event so far is nice, Reqd through some of the story with my remaining ap that I didn't blow on sweeping for rewards. I like how they've addressed the "What do the Vigilante Crew even do that the JTF can't do?" topic.

No magical girls for me, I wanted to get at least one (Reisa) but looks like I'm gonna hard save for the fest banners.
