Other than the fact I'm pretty happy about finally getting one of the two alts she's had in game and that her Memorial Lobby looks cute.
Meta wise she's kinda weird?
She's a special slot student. Her EX buffs everyone's crits and cleanses the student you target. If she cleanses a debuff it increases the crit effect. Maybe she'd be good in Perorodzilla? I've heard that the Kether fight actually has a gimmick that'd make PJ.Koyuki really good, something about a focus-fire debuff that's applied to the Striker that is furthest away from him. Basic skill is a big fan AOE and she does extra damage to big enemies and she's Mystic (Blue) attack type.

She seems like she is basically made to deal with Kether. Whenever he debuts properly as a raid boss.

That's still a gazillion times more useful than regular Koyuki who was only used to sweep up the mobs in Goz's phase 1.

She's a cute niha though. Just don't let her near the Nexon CDN.

Were there any Suzumi events that weren't archived yet? Weird that she was in the cast from the start but didn't get any event or plot besides being a side character. And it is kind of ridiculous how like half the limited banners are Trinity.

Nope. This is literally her focus event, which is why people were overjoyed (even more so for those that like Suzumi) because she never really got any sort of spotlight, and Reisa (the devilspawn) basically mogged it by being the bratty evil sent from hell to ruin people with its existence, while also sidelining the focus from the Vigilantes to "Reisa can't take a hint and keep badgering a Cat girl to be evil again just so that they can duke it out".

So yeah, Suzumi finally got her spotlight here and it's her turning into magical girl. Best shit that ever happened.

Here's a funny tidbit from the magical girl event.

The entire reason why magical Reisa wields an RPG-7 rocket launcher is because of a Korean joke, where the RPG-7 is referred to as "Allah's magic wand" (알라의 요술봉).

The lore explanation is even funnier. She wanted to get a magic wand merch, but since it was too "expensive", she ended up just making her own instead out of an ACTUAL RPG-7.

I vaguely remember Suzumi's JP Seiyuu crying a bit on the JP stream revealing this event a few months ago because her VA credit as Suzumi is probably one of her "biggest roles" and the event was her "I think I made it big time for once" moment.

Trinity is large enough to where the Justice Realization Committee, Tea Party's and Sisterhood's own security forces aren't able to completely police the whole campus. Then there's levels of trouble making and mischief which determines who's going to police them. Vigilantes are good for wrangling the small fry who're in small numbers.

Would have been interesting if they enforced extra curricular justice on other academies or higher ups in Trinity that are in too high positions to be investigated by the other big branches without creating political issues.

That would be intruding on Valkyrie's and Schale's jurisdictional turf. Plus given the past history with Trinity and Arius schools going public. The others schools will not react kindly to Trinity or any other school enforcing anything on them.

Vigilantes are able to that on Trinity's turf with the approval of their betters. Trying to not follow the rules outside of Trinity will not be tolerated by the other schools for too long. Gehenna's troublemakers, barring a few exceptions, tend to stay on Gehenna's campus and immediate surrounding areas. Couple with the Disciplinary Committee being better at wrangling their wandering tards before they cause diplomatic incidents with the other schools.

Vigilantes tend to, from what i understand, fight off the various Helmet Gangers, Sukebans, and those.... Goons that wear construction helmets who are harassing civilians, when the Justice Task Force are too busy / not around.

It wasn't them. The ones who Problem Solver 86 hired to help them muscle out Abydos from their school building is what I meant - The "Part Timers" who do construction jobs (as implied by their outfits) but also are willing to act as a hired goon for pay.

Rabu also has a very unique skillset you'd swear she was a Fest unit and not a welfare, who usually have quite basic skillsets. Similarly to S.Mika she can target herself or the enemies, if she targets herself she summons a Helmet gangster to aid her, if you target the ground she does a multi-hit attack with CC, her basic and sub skill also focus on buffing her along with the Helmet gangsters she's summoned, the more she has summoned the better the buff.

The various Momotalks had Suzumi flashbanging Sukebans and Helmet Gangers when they were causing trouble, so I think they're her general targets.

Although iirc Helmet Gangers are spread all through Kivotos, not just Trinity (Rabu and her gang happen to be from Trinity, however).
