Still doing bosses on hardcore. I could maybe do this on extreme if i upgrade, level up and borrow some students but i rather hold off on that for now.
Once you play for about half a year you enter the phase where you can start investing in niche students, once you play for about a year you can start pulling for niche students if they fill specific gaps in your roster. Failing at some bosses and having to do them below recommended level is absolutely fine as a beginner that's less than a year in because you still don't have a roster deep enough and enough materials to focus on the niche students. Like I've mentioned in my previous post, while pulling for the generally considered "good" and high-tier students, I managed to get spooked by units like Satsuki to dumpster Geburah, and Mina+NY Haruka to dumpster Greg. On the other hand, the next boss Goz is gonna be a nightmare for me due to the lack of repos+multi shielders in my roster so I'll settle on doing it on a lesser difficulty.

In short, the best thing you can do is to look at your own roster, identify what you have, then look up guides on upcoming bosses. If you lack niche students that can interact with his mechanics, then you can settle on doing them on a lower difficulty. If you do have them, you can invest in those students and get a good clear for that particular boss. In my own example I invested heavily in my Satsuki and Mashiro in order to do well in Geburah and I also got a bunch of credits from people borrowing them (mostly Satsuki tho). After I play for a longer time, I'll be able to do that for more and more bosses.

What character alt. would you want that will never happen? I want Haruka as part of the Sisterhood. Also, is the official English cover of Irodori Canvas a sign that there could be an English dub coming for the game?

My first response was going to be "that sounds incredibly hopium" but then I realized you didn't specify if you meant EN dub on par with the current JP dub, or if the entire Main Story would receive a voiceover. Why even consider the latter? Well, that's what the Chinese have:

The Chinese publisher footed the bill and/or games get approved more easily for the Chinese market, if they have a CN dub.
For anyone who doesn't know/remember the scene, Momoi is lamenting that all her save files were overwritten (her not-Switch was the only storage device at hand, for some critical data.)

Save files were overwritten for the G Bible they and Sensei were initially questing for. Finding Aris along the way was a happy accident for them and ultimately the real "treasure" they're looking for. Which the Gaming Club immediately realized once they found her.

So unironically "The real G-Bible was the friends we made along the way"

The only thing I'm curious about is how the fuck did the "Gaming Development Bible" end up on the same datastorage as Key? It appeared to be a single program, iirc, so did the Priests of the Forgotten Gods just happen to have a giga-gamer among them, who decided that preserving his 'secrets' to developing games was as important as preserving the genocidal robot princess?

Unironically yes but actually closer to adopting a new family member. Imho the "friends we made along the way" phrase gets a bad rap due to bad writers. When it is just as important as the journey [Eastern] and the destination [Western] in storytelling.

That whole region is one huge ??? as nobody really knows anything on the who, what, when, where, how and why about it. The fact the "Gaming Development Bible" is real and not a JarJar Abrams empty mystery box mcguffin adds to the mystery of the area.

True. And Arisu is basically Sensei's daughter. I think literally everyone views her as that too tbh.

A month ago I would've said Sooz but we know what happened (we have never been this back Soozbros). Otherwise, dress Roogie and any kind of Kasumi and Megu alt because the Hot Spring Terrorists are my favorite Gehenners.

Sora. It'd be funny for her EX skill to be a single-target stun skill where the light bounces off of her enormous fivehead and blinds an enemy. And similar to the Ibuki/Iroha tag-team skill, she could team up with other fivehead characters like Hina and Yuzu to increase the AoE and stun duration.

Is anyone else curious what school the various members of the General Student Council go to?
We've got a demon, an elf, an angel... Are they drawn from various schools or is the GSC a school in and unto itself?

They're from different schools before becoming members of the GSC.
This particular example is just a silly fan art scenario, but it does raise a valid concern.

Schools and GSC compete over same talented/qualified candidates? It would contribute to why the two sides (de facto regional and federal governments) have tense relations at best, and outright cold war at worst.

That makes a lot of sense, actually. I wonder if Valkarie Police School has a lot of issues with the Justice Task Force or the Prefect Squad, like the FBI and more local police forces might have/.
