There's a community movement in Baltimore asking its members not to kill each other for three days. I'm routing for them, Syria has made it five so far.

The campaign is both tragic and hilarious in its advertisements, it's refreshing to see an effort from the black community to put the onus of their problems where it belongs.

How great would it be if all it took to bring down the murder rate was a polite request?

If this doesn't work they should just turn baltimore into the thunder dome. I watched the fuck out of the wire, and I'm sure I'd watch the fuck out of that too.

Let's not forget that Black Lies Matter is directly to blame for this murder rate. In the wake of their 2015 chimpout demanding the police "pull back" the police did just that resulting in 2016 seeing the highest murder rate in 43 years. And 2017 on pace to beat 2016.

Honestly, why the fuck would the cops risk their lives and careers to keep a bunch of savages from killing each other?

"Let us illegally kill / frame / assault some people, or we'll just stop doing our jobs entirely" is extortion. The cops in Baltimore are like the mafia with a badge.

Forget that nonsense.

Removing police is dumb. But there aren't many good alternatives either. It's incredibly difficult to deal with police misconduct with the stupid concessions the police union has gotten from the state government.

Chimp out and burn down 37 million dollars worth of your own city because some 11x felon stood up in the back of a moving van and a bunch of documented criminals made up a bullshit story about a 'rough ride' widely disputed by the evidence collected by the state prosecutors own medical examiner..

Yeah that totally makes more sense.
