See this is why I'm usually a bladesinger that uses homebrew to use unarmed like a monk in 5e games.

Fireball and/or hold person with SCAG cantrips.
 
My last 4-ish distinct characters dumped STR and I'm trying out a Swords Bard w/o strength potions because it's new to me and wtf, I can jump and carry more than a few scrolls. You forget how comfortable high STR characters feel until you get one again, I'm glad I've done duo with all low strength characters as Tav so I can take a break from tiny jump.
 
Finished the game. Final save at the reunion party gave my time as just 2 minutes shy of 213 hours.

I got the ending with the credits.

Protip - When it says you are about to enter the part of the game where you will no longer be able to go to camp? Maaaybe take a moment to check the location of the Orphic Hammer.
Just to be sure, ya know.

Also finished the game, but in far less time.

Was playing a wild magic sorcerer, and cast Mage Armour in the first chamber of the tutorial.
A wild magic surge brought one mud mephit, who promptly summoned another and well, you know the result.

The thing that sort of brings me around to thinking Larian is 'okay' despite some woke shit is how they changed Karlach from big lipped baboon negress with dreads to the lovable safe-horny devil woman we see now. They also fired that designer, I assume because they wanted to nigger up everything.

Personally I wrote WOTC off wholesale when one of the heads of the company said tabletop gaming had a "white male problem".

I'm tempted to get the game running on my Steam Deck so I can play it during bedtime.

I used my own character (Wizard), Lae'zel, Karlach (those two had at least two attacks per turn) and Shadowheart. Shadowheart was actually the life saver with her spirit guardian. I used spirit guardian with radiant damage and used Shadowheart as a form of "gate keeper" and the AI is so dumb it runs straight into it the aura and as they are shadows they take double damage which resulted in most of those dying instantly. I hope you have the new Oled Steamdeck. On the older version BG3 eats battery life like crazy (speaking from experience)

It is essentially the "teach them not to rape" attitude towards morality. Saying you stand against all forms of conventional wrongdoing is as brave as taking swimming lessons in your bathtub.

Also they are retarded fucking consultants for attacking their client base. They should learn from consultants in the construction industry who make money hand over fist for being useful instead of this blatant extortion racket.

Funny, I keep hearing people complain about that but he just chatted normally with my Tavitha, UNTIL we all went to Sharess' Caress. Then he and Shadowheart were flirty with each other and he asked to be included in our lil' party.
When Tav talked to him later he was all "I had no idea you saw me that way."
Leave it to me to almost get friend zoned by the one character that humps everyone else's leg.

Iunno talking to the guy in your camp if you opt to be nice to him in any way he seems to take this as an invitation that you want to be trouser buddies.
