They were a 4E race iirc. Also iirc, lorewise they're less half-dragons and more shards of a dragon god who died "recently" so technically the race is also pretty new.

Also, Marcus and Ghouls almost killed Isobel. But she managed to get away with 1 HP. She insists that she is "fine" but I'm, not so sure...

Halsin was waving his dick at me suddenly, without any urging. Just showed up entirely naked after I went to sleep. That's what I get for not killing him again like I did the first time through.
The astute or cute voices they gave them annoyed me. It was an example of, "lets give these giant lizards tiny cute girl voices, won't that be funny," type of thing. I want them with lizardman voices that fit their skull shapes and lizard nature. Small nitpick, but irritating.

Off-topic, but how exactly do they remind you of the Dragonborn? Call me curious.
Also off-topic; is that anime any good? Never paid any attention to it, myself.
What's everyone's thoughts on the guy, anyway? I admit, not all that fond of him due to the whole "bear sex" thing, but I'm curious.
I've heard some of the voices that they gave some Dragonborn NPCs in some clips; they really aren't all that fitting. I agree, you'd expect something more monsterous, not... basically a normal human voice. And especially not a high-pitched girl.
I think the Argonians in some of the Elder Scrolls games have good examples of monstrous lizard people voices.

Personally, I don't like him at all. I think his Act 1 and 2 story beats are pretty interesting and I was curious about his character, but in Act 3, it seemed like he was an entirely different person and I thought he was annoying. I also got skeeved out at how readily he was hitting on my PC whilst she was already in a relationship, she told him as much, and he was like ''You would have to ask him if he would be fine with us also becoming a thing'' as though that's a normal thing to ask. I get that he's a wood elf and monogamy isn't what they generally do, but it rubbed me the wrong way because it was crass and unsavory, so I benched him for the rest of the playthrough. The most important thing he does in my runs is ensure that no better character will be taken away and that Yenna's cat remains unstewed. I do like his whittled duck in the epilogue, though.

First season is, yes. Second season meanders and doesn't seem to have much of a story planned out as the first.

Boring, whose only defining characteristic is "horny" and "I love nature very much".
He definitely has that "we only included him because y'all asked" stench compared to the other late game companions like Jaheira or Minsc. Halsin should have stayed as a quest-giver, not a companion. He added nothing to Act 3. We certainly didn't need two druids in the list of potential companions.

Japanese write Elves better than westerners, who either have them as mary sues or arrogant assholes.
It's pretty much the same idea of lizard person descending from dragons. I think they are only called that because Skyrim was popular.
Speaking of, it's a shame there are so few dragons in the game, I think only two can be fought.

The boy in the forest subquest in act 2 was interesting enough to do once, but he's boring otherwise. Even the drow with next to no content is better.

I fought him yesterday and he didn't cast Sanctuary at all.
He's fine, not one of my favorites but I don't dislike him and occasionally use him as a tank. His "I like ducks" line made me laugh out loud when I first heard it.

He rubs me the wrong way. He's not that bad, and it's pretty clear bear sex was made for lolz, but I just can't really like him. Maybe it was zero content in act 3, or maybe how horny he becomes. Prior to act 3, he was fine. I really think he should've stayed npc.
