It's not that she looks botched, it's that she destroyed her natural face.

Her natural face looked friendly and like a person who is able to make others laugh (which fit her job as comedian perfectly).

Now she looks serious and cold.

I feel like she, like many others, have problems due to being abused, physically or mentally. It cannot be healthy for young girl, or guy, to be a part of the industry. Russia has it's own fair share of "Weinsteins"
