It just migrates, same as the lip filler. Eventually it pools at the base and you get a lumpy pyramid dick of failure. Sex just accelerates the process ironically.

The only way we will get True and Honest penile lengthening is with biomodification to induce the cells to rearrange themselves, change gene expression or alter local cells to extend the penis since an erection is an entire ecosystem of processes, not just 'big tissue,' ask pooners. Its like 10-20 years out.

I mean more in the sense that there would be no place for the blood to go. It would be like blowing up a balloon already filled with water. I can't imagine it being comfortable to get an erection if the skin of your penis is already stretched from having stuff injected into it.

She basically had the Kelly Bundy role on that budget Married with Children copycat show with the talking stuffed bunny. Christina Applegate seemed to age well despite the MS diagnosis and kept away from the obvious kind of plastic surgery. I'm sure the pressure to stay the eternally young sex kitten must suck though and I guess Nikki Cox never had the same natural charisma of Applegate though.

It’s a combo of Botox. WAY too much filler and maybe having her eyes done. They put filler on the lips and cheeks and around the nasolabial area and it gives this weird immobile joker face. Pull it all back some more and it looks like a mask
paralysing your muscles with Botox has got to lead to atrophy surely? And filler does not dissolve - it just migrates and will eventually look weird. Avoid both unless you e got a specific reason to (it’s sometimes used for migraine or muscle issues.)
 
Botox paralyses the muscles. Okay thats fine on its own but when you combine heavy filler with aging skin laxity, it sags and your skin looks like its melting with gravity pulling downward. Too much botox in general can give you melty face. Its best to do it in cycles, botox for 3-4 months then without, for 6-7, you keep things smooth and wrinkles are less pronounced and deep but you don't turn into an expressionless mannequin because you still have some muscle movement, its just weakened.

Often times medical Botox isn't injected in areas where the atrophy is a huge concern afaik. The most common use is for various headache conditions which tend to be nerve-related so the actual area you need to treat is very small, or for muscle spasms where making the muscle move less is the desired outcome. I knew a guy once who had to get it injected in his eyelid twice a week to stop them from constantly twitching.

I think the far bigger concern is that you're purposefully injecting neurotoxins into yourself. I've had it offered multiple times for medical stuff but I've been a little to sketched out to go for it, something about putting stuff meant to kill nerves an inch and a half away from my spine just gives a sense of dread.

Janice was so damn beautiful before she fucked over her face. I know she had a difficult childhood, maybe that has a lot to do with it. Her father treated her and her sisters like shit.

Speaking of botox, Nicole Kidman is another tragedy. The woman had a gorgeous face, and once she gets older, she fucked it up with botox treatments or whatever else she had done. She went from attractive and expressive to weird looking and unable to make an expression. Which you need to do to act.

It was a facelift that was claimed to be botox. Botox wears off after a few months, if you get too much you literally just have to wait a bit and it lifts but it doesn't tighten skin, even when injected in platysma or brows.

That explains it. It became very obvious to me when watching that show starring her and Hugh Grant. Hugh aged naturally, while she looked younger but couldn't even smile or show a facial expression.

Is labiaplasty ever "required"? I got a foster sister who says there is "too much meat", that it causes chafing and has a negative affect on sex and she's constantly uncomfortable about it. She's a weirdo with a lot of tattoos and piercings, I think she's making a medical justification to get more weird shit done due to her obsession with being weird, but then I saw THIS. THIS is a LOT of meat. Do you think the curtains can be so big as to make the procedure considered medical necessity? There's a small chance that they could break your ability to orgasm while doing this. What could be worth that risk???

The clean up job makes it look like a stinkditch.

Large/long labia absolutely can cause chafing. It's extremely thin and sensitive skin.
